Back in highschool, we used to walk on our hands across the mats in wrestling, from one side to the other. I used to be able to do 3 or 4 push ups standing up, now somebody has to hold my feet.
You need to lean to the side you are walking or standing towards, so if you fall, you fall towards the back of the head. Put the pressure on the shoulders, not the forearms and lock the forearms because the forearms shake so its hard to keep balance. When you walk, think about a stick like locked on the forearm, and move the shooulders
Once you get the balance, all it takes is strength to do hand stand push ups. Damn, I need to get in the gym again
