Some other reasons might be if they're charging $50/gram and/or make you jump through hoops to order.
That's why you never:
1) Use MOM dealers that live in the US
2) Use the phone to make your orders
If I can not shake my dealers hand I dont want it. you know eye ball to eye ball.
Never have, NEVER WILL. Grow your own for god's sake. It is sooooooooooooo easy and you save thousands and thousands of dollars.
