Canabiznis,Grow Log- 600w HPS

Desided to start a Log, Im 2 weeks into Veg..I started out with growing 4 plants and which everone came out the best at the end of a 2 week period I would Transplant and use for the whole cycle..

I seem to have got myself in a hole..I grew 3 plants in 1 long container..well, medium size..and the other one in a glass Jar, I dont know which one i should transplant, I have a 3 gal volcano bucket and 2 bags of soil so im ready to transplant, im transplanting a little early because I just want to get it over with, I hate Transplanting eveytime i do they die but ive been reading alot on it latley and think i have it down ..

Heres pics of my plants the one on the left is Yellow and seems to have jagged edges, but is comming up the healthiest a little crispy on the sides of the leafs thow and almost look like they are folding in -ALMOST-..

The next 2 is the longest growing one and biggest but all the leafs look droopy and mutated..the next one is kind of the same just smaller...and the one in the glass Jar looks alright, smells rope to..Ill let you guys be the Judge which one do you think I should transplant??

It was givin to me..i thought it was a hps..whats the difference..this could be crucial to my growing cycle.. good eye

Your right and thats exactly why ive changed my mind, ive decided to wait them out ..better safe than sorry. :) ..I just planted another one from my friends train wreck plant..so well see how that comes out ill kepp all you updated threw the entire process :thumbsup:

Just curious, but where did your friend get a trainwreck clone or seeds?

dunno but he grows for the club down here so maybe there...this is california if you cant find it here then sumthins wrong hah..

Well I got to thinkin, maybe a little to hard but anyways..i went ahead and transferd the plant that was in the glass Jar -Above Pic- because I don't really have anything to lose, it has no chance of surviving in their..I tried to grow a plant in there when I didn't know much about growing (obviously wasent using my head this time either) (dont grow a plant in a glass jar for future reference to everyone) hah anyways, I used overgrows soil to soil for reff. Now here comes the shitty part...First I took a knife to loosin the soil around the jar, turned the jar over and realized i was screwed..i needed to push the soil out threw the bottom because it wasen't really workin with me, buuut... that didn't happen, so I ended up GENTELY tuggin on the root of the plant and the soil was budgin out so I thought ok everythings cool, I actully did something right for once..well as I was tuggin it's about to come out and all the sudden I hear "snap snap" lol and the soil breaks off in the middle leaving half the roots at the bottom ..Sooo now i have NO idea if its goin to live or not, my guess is no but who knows, the leafs aren't droppy yet but it was a pretty big shock so ill be VERY suprised if they don't.. my light goes on in about 2 hours.

Now questions I have....

Hey bud, glad to see your a dedicated greenthumb...so I know what your going through cause I did almost the same thing but with rockwool...but I grew it just the same as I was before....lost about 87% of the plants root system...the only thing that happened is the top grew out and the bottom leaves dryed out and dyed, other then the first 2 sets of leaves bein toast the plant grew just fine infact up to 4ft. tall I believe that even though shocking to the plant it grew back stronger, by severing the roots is like topping your plant, cut and 2 sets grow back.....but risky...hope yours ounces back like mine....by the way that plant turned to be a male and polinated my crop, I cant express how important it is to make sure you dont have a male growing pods around any females, in a matter of a couple days under my 1000w MH pods grew and opened, just a couple but because of the fan my whole crap has seed now and cut flower production and THC down....starting over fresh with seed and 3 G-13 clones so next crop will be one to see...

by the way im 40 days into flowering as soon as I can I'll post some pics...

Nice glad to see it worked out well, these are all my first grows. Ina couple days ill be tansplanting them all into 3 gal pots...Question: So if i was to have a Male growing next to younger plants I didn't know the sex of whats the risk of them all turning Males also?

Interested in your grow thow post some pics :) ill be leaving tomorrow till sunday night lets hope I watered them good enough today to set threw the weekend ..keep me posted on your grow, ill have pics up sunday of the progress of the one i transplanted and the others as well.. :thumbsup:

Update:

Good news and bad news..I left for the weekend and left my sister to water the one I transplanted ..she ended up misting the whole plant when the light was on and it ....well, look at the picture lol..anyways..(GOODNEWS NOW)..
The other picture is the healthiest plant..i transplanted it tonight from the box that was growing with 2 others, now in 3gal..in the process i only snapped 2 little roots, unlike the other transplant i snapped them all from half way down =(..anyways, im not POSSITIVE but I think the one I just transplanted and the bigger one in the middle of the box connected roots some how..it was only 2 roots, not sure what it's going to do to my plants i hope nothing ..but again im not POSSITIVE they were connected..ill say im 80% sure. Some more good news...I think my biggest plant has started a purple leaf, but if it is wouldn't my leafs of started purple from the beggining? these are my first grows so im not sure on to much...you can't see it right now because I have a shitty webcam plus it's dark ...=) but i took a pic of the plant..

Heres a pic of the day after I transplanted...I dunno if it's normal or not but it looks like the leaf wants to turn over :confused: ..maybe it's just root shock...anyone know?

After I transplanted it it started to droop which is normal but should it still be droopy? This is day 2 since the transplant, anyone know?

Update:

I think im going to start flowering in about 2 weeks now, since we are getting all this cold weather my plants perked up remarkably..I got my humidity down to the 50-60's and my temps in the 75-80's..I put a fan by my window and it blows cold air in threw the closet and I have another fan circulating in there also..Im about to run out of light room in a couple days, i used the rack to hang clothes on to start the grow now I have to take wood and run it across the top of the closet..which is about 7 1/2 ft. tall so I should be good, anyone had any similar setups?..Will post pics of plants tomorrow...You should see the stock on the one thats been growing the longest, it's FAT!! Only after a month!

Get some transplant nutes something with B-1.
And if you want to find out the sex of your plants ,I HAVE A METHOD THAT WORKS WELL.All you do is cut the light time down on one branch using a papertowel roll a little tape and tin foil.You make a branch cover and sli[p it on a lower branch for 12 hours a day.After a week or so it will show it's sex on that branch only.Also this pushes out some pre flowers on the whole plant sometimes.Put it back into veg or cut that branch off cause it probably wont recover...so use a little unhealthy bottom branch incase it doesn't recover...but this saves alot of time and space.I did it outside last year.

Im not going to use any nutes with these grows, im shooting for straight water and rarley using 5-5-1 Alaskan Fish Emultion rarley..Your idea sounds good I think I might have to try it on my other one thanks for the input...

Plants are starting to look alot better now that I have the humidity and temp under control, I seem to have a small ant problem thow, I posted a thread about it does anyone know if the smell or whatever it is from the Ant Traps will polinate my plants?? Wouldnt wanna risk it for some damn ants. But anyways, im thinking about flowering on day 50 for the big one so that way I can flower them both at good times..I recently clipped the bottom water leafs on the bushy one and it seemed to perked up a little more, I also just not cut the water leafs off the big one to..So well see how that goes, their startin to smell reeeeal nice =) pretty soon im gunna have to build sumthing in my closet because im running out of light room, I have a 7 ft. tall closet so well see what i come up with..=)

Well thanks to Psycho4Bud's input I was convinced to go into flowering now...So ill keep you updated :D Light will go on at 12 in the afternoon and off at 12 at night ..now i can sleep better =)....heres how their lookin.

Small problem?

Well about a week ago I started to notice what looks like "bites" taken out of my leafs, I dont have spidermites, but i have recently developed an ant problem, but now that is taken care of..I started noticing this before I had ants...Not sure what it could be and on the biggest one it looks like someone took a leaf and poked a perfectly round hole in it with a wall tack or something..Their also in different pots I did give them a little to much fert a couple weeks back but transplanted one a short while after, same soil different pot, overfert would cause burn thow right? not little nibbled looking leafs, and im not possitive but I THINK they are sprouting like that....Anyone know what this might be?? Below theres 2 pics.. if you cant notice it on the first one I made arrows to where they are..

A little concerned about the law and a snitch I decided to quit my grow at my house...BUT


My grows are now under 1000w mh's with full room temperature control at a buddys house..All 3 of them are females :thumbsup: ...I will definitly keep my thread updated and show pics of the buds when it's done..And when I move soon im goin all out on a grow room and ill start another thread =)..I cant wait to see how my gurls turn out =)..
