This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
Ok, some people are gonna call me a douche bag for posting this. But it's quite real, and if you dont believe me try it yourself.
This is a way to create a shroom trip using orange peels and toothpaste! It's totaly legit and will get you the same trip as a powerful shroom. What you do is after you peel an orange, take some toothpaste (preferebly colgate) and smear it on all the peels on one side. You can scrunch it, or roll it up, anything. Then leave it in the open somewhere for 7-10 days, long enough for mold to grow on it. When you see blueish to greenish mold on the peels, its time to eat them. It takes about 30 mins for the trip to kick in, and depending on how much you ate it couuld last anywhere from 4-12 hours. Try it! (ps if it doesnt work, its either the wrong toothpaste, or you didnt do it right)

This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
what kind of mold is it / what chemicals does it have in it ?
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
I have no clue, but supposedly the same as a phychedelic shroom would. Be careful to make sure it's the right kind of mold also. Black and brown is bad from what people have said. My friend just took some that he grew. I'll keep you updated on how it goes.

it sounds like bullshit, one kid told me there were "magic peanuts" which ended up being marked written on peanuts(blue, and i didn't buy them) I laughed in the fuckers face and ran. I don't think peanuts, or orange peels have the ability to posess pcilocybin....sounds a bit...i dont know...Impossible.
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
Well its not exactly psylocibin. It is the trymamite or what ever shit is that is in the mold which will make you trip. Penuts? No. But think about it, shrooms are a type of mold as well. Whatever just thought I would let you people know.

This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
NO THIS IS ACTUALLY TRUE
IN india they burry a orange for 4 days under earth take it out and eat it itsone of the strongest hallogenics.
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
Finally someone gets it. But with this you don't need to bury it.
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
well if any of yall can find out the name of the mold or the specific hallucinagins in it ill be down to try it ... i dont wanna fuck with sumthin thats just gonna fuck up my stomach
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
na ur way is another way to cause mold.
in india they probly didnt have toothpaste back then :p
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
Haha yeah, they don't now! What I still haven't figured out is: what the hell is the dosage for this. I know that a full grown clementine peel will be enough for a trip, but the weight of the person still will effect it. And I do not know how much is enough for an out-of-body expreince. I cannot believe I did not find this sooner (a fellow stoner informed me this year), why waste money on shrooms?! Tooth paste and a fucking orange is all you need.

This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
well on the program i saw the guy ate a whole orange worth of orange peel and was fucked up

Well I'm not a scientist or anything, so I can't tell you the type. But if any people that are good with this kinda stuff, wanna do an experiment please do and inform us on the specifics.

Yeah that must've been good. I'm kinda scared to do a lot myself because I am not sure if the mold is safe at higher dosages. That still should not cause people to die at lower ones.
P.S. Member how I told you about the green and blue mold? What colour does a shroom turn when bruised?
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
Exactly, so maybe the active chemical in the mold IS psylocibin. I cannot say but I gotta call up my friend who took it to see how he's doing.
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
yea man well ima research bout this just to try it out once see how i go
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
I planted some today, be ready in a week or so.
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
Ok, well this stuff is deff legit. I called the friend who took it today: HES TRIPPIN BALLS.
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
iight well tommorow imma buy some oranges and see wat color mold i get lol
if it looks too nasty i prob wont do it tho
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
Aw suck it up! Use colgate and you'll be fine wud u rather pay 35 for a shroom trip?
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
i'd rather bury it. toothpaste is man made, mother earth is natural.
i trust our mother before i trust our toxic creations.
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
I guess I am trying it lol. I dont know it may be a bad idea, and it would probably make me vomit like shit as I have a not so strong stomach, and I get migraines easily.
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
I am gonna try it too. No, not really...I am going to wait until you guys do. Good luck, tell me how it goes. I got mine growing already though just now.
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
I've heard about this... I'm gonna try it in a couple days.
:)

yeah, but wont work unless you are in a warmer climate. the ground is frozen now. cant wait for my batch to grow. my friend had like 8 of them! haha i cannot believe this, this is fucking awesome! :stoned:

This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
definitely anyone who experiments with this post everything you know we definitely need to be smart on this and its a gret way to trip if it works
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
It does work. As I have said before, my friend (who I get to do everything for the first time a.k.a "the trip dummy") was on the phone with me. He said he took it and 40 mins after he started to walk funny. Then he closed his eyes and said he saw x's and white. I'm gonna call him later to see how strong his trip got. He injested 2 whole oranges worth of peels. I don't know if i mentioned that before.
This could be the next big drug. Haha what are they gunna do, make oranges illegal? BEAT THAT BUSH!!
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
I highly doubt they have a ample supply of Oranges in India(let alone toothpaste), and mold wont grow without sunlight/moisture, so putting it in the ground wont do the trick, so im calling this total bullshit.
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
im thinkin about tryin too
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
DONT TRY THIS!!!! Blue/Green mold does not contain psylocibin period. The only fungi that contain psylocibin are of the Psilocybe genus. There is no way to control what type of mold is going to grow on the orange because diffent spores are always in the air. Many types of mold can be harmful if eaten or even inhaled. So please no one try this.

Just to make sure you understand how dealdy this can be...here is a collection of info for you all!!!
Aspergillus is the most common genus of fungi in our environment with more than 160 different species of mold...
Aspergillus fumigatus. The most encountered species causing infection. It is seen abundantly in decomposing organic material, such as self-heating compost piles, since it readily grows at temperatures up to 55 C. People who handle contaminated material often develop hypersensitivity to the spores of Aspergillus and may suffer severe allergic reactions upon exposure.
Aspergillus flavus. The 2nd most encountered fungi in cases of Aspergillus infection. It is also known to produce the mycotoxin aflatoxin, one of the most potent carcinogens known to man. In the 1960s, 100,000 turkey poults in Great Britain died from ingesting contaminated feed.
Aspergillus niger. The 3rd most common Aspergillus fungi associated with disease and the most common of any Aspergillus species in nature due to itā??s ability to grow on a wide variety of substrates. This species may cause a ā??fungal ballā?, which is a condition where the fungus actively proliferates in the human lung, forming a ball. It does so without invading the lung tissue.
Cladosporium spp. are pigmented dark green to black in the front, and black on the reverse with a velvety to powdery texture. One of the most commonly isolated from indoor and outdoor air, they are found on decaying plants, woody plants, food, straw, soil, paint, textiles, and the surface of fiberglass duct liner in the interior of supply ducts. These fungi are the causative agents of skin lesions, keratitis, nail fungus, sinusitis, asthma, and pulmonary infections. Acute symptoms of exposure to Cladosporium are edema and bronchiospasms, and chronic exposure may lead to pulmonary emphysema.
And why then might you trip if you eat this mold you ask...one word MYCOTOXINS!!! During the digestion of substrates, fungi secrete enzymes into nutrients in order to break down complex compounds into simpler compounds that can be taken up by the fungi and used as nutrition. These digested nutrients produce secondary metabolic byproducts called mycotoxins that are released to give the fungi a competitive edge over other microorganisms and fungi. Unfortunately, mycotoxins can also be incredibly toxic to humans causing a variety of responses including cold/flu-like symptoms, sore throats, headaches, nose bleeds, fatigue, diarrhea, dermatitis, and immune suppression. Some mycotoxins may also be carcinogenic and teratogenic.

This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
i have always known you could trip off orange peels cause my bro went to a half way house and they would do it. But they never put toothpaste on it i dont hink they just set it out by itself ( a little wet) for about a week and the ate it.
I would try it if i knew the exact way to prepare the oranges. I aint going to take nothin unless i know i can get fucked up!
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
Im not so sure, did the author of the thread try them? And what is the trip like? i doubt its anything like a shroom trip.
-
This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
Aight, that mold dude is right, dont try this yet. let me experiment further with this. Yes I have tried this, and it does work. Very close to shroom trip with some other effects too. Listened to slipknot, did not have any effect on the trip. 1 clementine peel=2.5 hours of tripping. hinda of a hang-over-ish effect the next day.

Really now, have you been to India? they have an ENORMOUS supply of tropical fruits, that being oranges as one of them. IF you read the posts correctly, you would see that the Indians did NOT use toothpaste. And maybe they had a CHAMBER in wich there was enough room for moister to accumilate in.

This May Sound stupid, but its true: Make a trip!
Well first off Edgar im a guy...lol. Second its upsetting to see that people are still thinking about doing this. I have been working with various fungi for years and one of the first things any mycologist learns is be wary of any contaminants because many can cause problems. Trust me people its not worth it. If you are able to culture mold onto oranges you are only a few steps away from growing P. Cubensis mushrooms that ARE hallucinogenic.
Peace,
Shpongled
