It depends on what you use. 2x with anything will not do much. If you use a bong, a bubbler or a vaporizer, you can smoke a lot (I smoke 5+ times a week at least) with no real noticable effects. Pipes, joints and blunts are probbally the worst (from experiance) for your lungs.
howdy newbie no marijuana doesnt affect your health till your older, mostly everey one on these boards smoke everyday for years your quite safe have a good one. sarah

Hey man, one word: CHILL. really man, youre over thinking. no, smoking every once and a while will have no effects on your health. like she said, alot of people on this board have been smoking every day for years with no real detrimental effect on thier health. maybe decreased lung capacity and trouble breathing after running and shit but really, how many pot heads do you see running a mile? sorry to those of you who are into sports. i used to bake out every day and have never had a problem, i have more trouble from smoking cigarettes even though weed is supposedly soooooo much worse for you lol. dont worry about it so much man, Peace

He means it won't affect you at all when you're younger. however, this isn't really true, it's still harmfull because combustion of marijuana creates carcinogens which are put into your lungs. if you vaporize there's zero damage and if you use a water bong it's reduced. even smoking a joint or a pipe isn't very harmfull though. for one thing, after getting high the average person has their melatonin levels rise 4,000%. this significantly blocks the growth of cancerous cells. overall, even if you do smoke weed, the odds of you getting cancer are extremely small and the only other negative health effects are your lungs getting clogged up, but as stated before vaporizers and bongs can fix that. plus, if you stay active and keep your lungs clear that always helps. overall, it's not half as bad for you as drinking alchohol.Quote:

Sorry but if you have to ask this question, then maybe you should think about not doing it at all. You seemed to worried of the total outcome of using weed. Long term effects can be memory lose or becomming a little slower, but you really have to be doing that a whole lot and kidda a long time. I have been smoking for a nice while and I'm still healty. But if your still worried then try a bong, a bubbler or a vaporizer instead of joints or something more harsh on your lungs.

no one has ever died smoking pot.
no one has ever developed any form of cancer from pot (if they have, there were other drugs or substances involve, likely tobacco).
pot's worst threat is a panic attack. and those only come under specific and/or personal circumstances.
