Lowryder 1st grow!

Hi Guys
this is my first post and first grow of the good gear,I decided to go for Lowryder (pure)after a bit of reseach.
my space is 60cm x 90cm and about 5 foot high
i have a 400w lobay sodium and thats about it :confused:
the photos attached were taken one week apart,
have a look let me know wot you think
they are three weeks old now but i still cant see any signs of sex!!
i have read alot on this forum and i have got mates that grow so i know wot to look for.
Does any one know how long it takes to for the plant to show???
anyway im off to get mashed i will post more pics next week

Pure LR's should be sexed by the third week at the latest and usually by the end of the second week to 17 days. I would say on the pic above that the number 4 picture is a male by the way the top is looking. LR males well usually show sex first not sure if this is the case in all MJ growing. You should head over to Highbred and check out MDanzigs pictures of his MasterLow that he has going at the moment. Which is a cross of MasterKush and LR that is 100% AF along with Power Stout 100% AF. You should be hearing more of these strains as they are being released just this month.

Mrlzybone you are right he has come out of the closit i wasn't sure he was showin signs of both sexes i don't know wether hamaphidites (if's thats how u spell it) are worth keepin or not??
do they produce seeds on there own??

mate i depends on how many male flowers form,,i have been growing the same plants for a while now and they do get a few male flowers but i just pick them off as it starts to head then they stop coming.....dont be to hasty,but if it keeps puting out male flowers i would sugest geting rid of it.......most people will throw there plant away as soon as they see a male flower .....

To late i threw it away yesterday!!!
But it has been noted for the future

I'll take a stab at the spelling w/o looking it up Hermorphidite oh well whatever. But its rare to see one in a pure LR if you did have one and got some good pictures of it with both flowers you should post it on HB. I'm not sure but I think the strains that make up LR and the fact of its grow cycle that Hermies are rare w/o being induced to turn hermie.

im not sure if it was a hermafradite it just looked different to the others!!
i wish i had taken some pics of it !
anyway as for names, no i haven't named them i dont want to become involed in that way with them,
ive been hurt before its the usuall story......
boy meets plant.....
boy falls in love with plant....
boy has sexual relations with plant.......
plant gets pregnant.....
boy cuts plant down in a jeallous rage
boy has to pick seeds from bud

Hi guy's and gals!
this is the final post with my lowryder !!
well all i can say is for a first time grower i think i done ok!!(dried weight 2-3oz!!?? from 4 pure lowryder)
thanx to everyone on here that has given me help :thumbsup:
i have got my next lot of seeds (Bob Marleys Best) :rasta:
i have baught canna coca (soil and nutes) :D
and a ph testing kit........ :thumbsup:
So we will see wot happens i will start a new thred and keep u posted,so look out for it...............
