Buy an island and go and live there.
buy about fifty acres of land. a nice, cozy, small house. a field of fifty different strains of marijuana. i'd hire some help for growing and watching after our plants. the rest to come would just be my beloved exploration of the world.
1) Buy a big house
2) Buy a normal average house
3) Fill the small house with pot plants
4) Buy the neighbour's silence's.
5) Buy a mitsubishi warrior
6) Pay off my close family's mortgage's
7) Buy my sister a car
8) Stop work
9) Invest in some form of smell-proof feature for my average house
$100,000,000 is a lot of money, so that's all i can think of for now, I still have about 95M left lol.

I'd buy an island, grow loads of weed and pay for every single, nice (in my books) person to fly over to the island to live with me and like build a massive mansion, have enough rooms to house every person here, like getting builders. We'd have all we ever wanted, food, all essential items, luxuries and so none of us will ever need to work or go to school/college ever again!
I would also make myself President, and Chief Of Police all in one!
We decide laws for the island when all this happens, and only if people start becoming murderous or violent in any way.. or any crimes! :D
id buy the carribean island they have for sale on ebay thats over a million dollars, invest in stock, grow my pot, build my awesome house, pay off all my bills and parents bills, etc etc etc.
Travel for the rest of my life.. until i found the perfect home with the perfect smoking view.. and die there.
I would spend half of the money trying to inform people on the benifits of hemp, and trying to get pro weed legislation through. Then invest the other half on farm land and supplies so that I could grow vast amounts of hemp for industrial use. Such as hemp fuel, fabrics, and other uses. That way the world could benifit from hemp, and if that was successful I could become even richer. :) :cool: :stoned: :smokin:

I'd buy a tiny island with a variety of drugs being shipped to it on a daily basis, then I'd invite 100 like minded people to get high with

Then I would employ someone to build a massive chocolate factory in the middle of the island and invite Gene Wilder and the oompa loompas to stay there to make it more authentic.
I would put all of it in the bank. except 100 dollars and I would buy some chronic and jack daniels and get wasted. oh yeah then later I would buy a new car. and maybe some other things, you know, if I got around to it

get a giant house, with tons of rooms, in the middle of a forest, and i own the forest too. I'll have a marijuana feild, and a shroom feild, and a peyote and san pedro feild.
and i'll have a marijuana feild for each of my favorite strains. inside the mansion, there'll be like, random pot plants on every corner. ooooh shit i'd have the wildest partys!!! and we'd have drunkin' dirtbike races down the hallways and shit...
I would also have every frug stocked in a huge room with the drugs nailed to the wall i correct doses. i would use on of the wheeling library laddrrs to get tem down/

Ok, here's the plan. It'll increase the odds. We all make a pact, and the first one to somehow aquire $100,000,000 will buy the island and we'll all just go there and smoke out. A stoner's paradise so to speak. We'll grow mushrooms too.

I wouldn't tell anyone, except my wife, and spend the rest of my life doing what I do now. Paint for a living.
Take half and donate it to cancer research , childrens wish fund, and sick kids hospital,and MJ legalization then take the remainder and buy some land and build a nice little house 'off the grid' and enjoy life.
Oh, Id also start a legal fund for men getting screwed by their ex wives and our backwards justice system over custody of the children.
