ok, im trying to figure out if im giving her too much or too little too often or not often enough.... shes about 45days old and about 4 days into 12 12... usually feeding her about 7 ounces of water every 3days...IS THIS TOO MUCH OR NOT ENOUGH?

oh yeah shes under a 400w hps, temp is usually at 80 deg. F....thanks again to anyone with some helpful advice...
An example of a normal watering would be
130 ounces of water to a plant kept at 78 degrees... in a 3 gallon pot with a 70% soil, 30% perlite mix..
for a 45 day old plant..
Now there may be a lot of variance to this.. BUT... 7 ounces... NO WAY..
lol - this is not to say that you can't grow a healyth successful plant watering it 7 ounces a day.. but "they" say the way to water is "flood and DRY"..
water you plant with a shit load of water.. and then let the soil dry... then water again with a shit load of water and then let dry.... and so on..
this allows the roots to comfortably use the entire pot for its roots....
when the top2-3 inches of a 3-5 gallon pot are dry. thats when you water...
you can also tell caus eth pot will get real light... you don't want to wait until the leaves droop! yikes

my leaves seem to droop when the lights are off and when it comes back on they sit up a bit...normal?
wow thats weird becuase my plant sortof droops during the day but then lifts at night?

Rekap and MEATHEAD..lol... all of my experience growing on 6 continents, in door, out door, hydro, aero, and soil, organic and pure synthetic, I've used my piss, the dogs piss and Zandor's piss to fertilze my plants, I have used mylar, flat white paint and my own bare ass as a reflective surface... i've grow with the sun, fluorescent, HIDS and LOVE.. I have read books, watched dvd's and channeled caesar chavez..
and I have always noticed the same thing.. at night the leaves tend to droop a bit... and then they get real perky... and then about 3 hours before the lights go off they start to look a bit tired and start to droop(very little, only the keen eye of GROWERS would notice, non-growers would never notice the difference).. a fool days work I guess.
A nice set of tits can be like that. a chicks breasts seem to be more perky and taught in the morning.. (no stress of gravity on them when they're sleeping all night) then by days end, they got a liitle sag.. still beautiful.. just a little lower.. go figure..

If you are concerned about over watering.. use 30% perlite to 70% soil.. and put 1/2 to 1 inch of soil at the bottom of your pots...(put a piece of newspaper down first so that the perlite does run out the holes)..
Buy the expensive bag of soil.. buy the bag that they grow the tomato plant right out of at the nursery (have you seen that? it is fucking cool).. that bag is a good bag of soil..

you can grow in miracle grow soil.. but don't tell anybody I told you that...
use a 3 gallon bucket.. mix with perlite 10-30%... flower when the plants are about 10-12 inches tall... keep your light close... and have good air flow...

yeah vacaville..ill drive to supply seeds and ill give you some yield to sound good? i cant really grow in this house i should of learned more before i started because now my plant is growin like crazy but i cant get a proper setup, ventalation exc. because we rent the house ( my parents ) but ill be moving out soon into a house with my gf and am going to go all out on a grow shed or room .. :thumbsup:
