DAMNIT, DAMNIT, I FUCKING HATE PEOPLE

:mad: Well I got busted today at school, first time, had an 1/8, and a dime on me and sum baggies, a lighter, and a folded up rolling paper that had been in my wallet for fuck knows how long. It started about 2 weeks ago when sumone, not me, was smoking on our bus and our principle had to search everyone and I barley escaped by hiding me stash. Then today he called me down to ask me about the "incident" and I was doing fine even after I emptied out my pockets, but then they did a "more thourogh" search and got everything. Not that bad though kause im only suspended 5 days. O well that gives me 5 days to get stoned off my ass and relax :dance: :rasta:

shit man a more thorough search? where were you hidin it? ive yet to have them look in my boxers just roll the baggie up and put it in the front of your boxers and your pants will keep it from falling down

that sucks man. especially since you almost got away with it. you should have just fucking been like " I dont consent to any searches. then no one has the right to search you" also you CAN NOT be arrested for not consenting to a search. though I think there was a supreme court case that said this constitutional right is waived in schools. you could definitly try it in the future though. oh yeah that is it. you can say you dont consent to any searches as long as you leave school property after saying it. just be like "I do not consent to any searches and I am leaving the property" they can not detain you (without probable cause, and not consenting does not give them probable cause). this is definitly something stoners should know. actually I am going to post it in the lounge. well hope I helped

I think they can legally search you whenever you want when you're at school.

ya kause I was at school they could search me...it was in a pocket thats kinda out of the way, not a very good place for it, moms kinda pissed, they know I smoke, moms more "disapointed", the worst part of all this...i kant play in my hockey game 2night which sucks, kause i have sum anger issues like no other to take kare of right now :mad:

also, forgot to add, that was some gooooooooood shyyyyyt, lol when the cop opened up the baggie to smell it the smell just filled the room, then when skool was letting out, i could hear everyone and they could smell it lol

In school, the rule on searches is reduced from "probable cause" to "reasonable suspicion". i.e. If they think there's any way you could have done it, they search, as opposed to providing evidence of means and motive.

thats true, but i have a few friends that live within blocks of the school, plus 3/4 of the student parking is not on the schools porpety, but on the coumitys property.

this is not true. they may search your locker, but legally, your parents must be present for them to search you or anything in your posession(including backpack or purse)

No teacher, principle, attendant, can even lay a finger on you without the consent of you or your parents. this is illegal and they can be sued.

as for your car, only a police officer can do that and he must either have the permission of the person to whom the car is entitled or a search warrant

he consented you doof, oerfectly legal and not grounds for a lawsuit. If he didnt consent they would just have the police detain him until a police dog could come. As for the car, normally there is a sign that says by parking in this parking lot you consent to any search blah blah blah. At least in california.

Ya, I didnt have my car so they couldnt search it, but they could of cause it was on school property, and we get this gay thing called a "student handbook" that tells us all our so called "rights" and shit and it says they can search anything of yours if it is on school grounds. Even if I didnt consent to the search their was a cop right outside the door, and they'd just bring in the dog. Also they said if I made them bring in the dog it would mean im in more shit. But they DID NOT find my bowl(in the sleeve of my hoodie, couldnt get the weed into their unfortunatly), also the cop gave me back my baggies lol, and I had like 3 high times, and a couple cannabis culture magazines in my bookbag that they either didnt see or didnt care about.

And its fairly hard to keep a low profile when your dealing, especially when you got good shit, cause in my school I went from being known as a fucked up stoned ass kid, to the dealer with the best shit around in like a week lol.

This is actually not true. There was a case where two girls were caught smoking cigarettes at a public school a while back. The principle ended up searching both their purses, found a bunch of pot as well as letters that indicated they were dealing. They got in trouble for all of these things and couldn't do shit about it legally. YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS AT A PUBLIC SCHOOL. Buy, sell, smoke at your own risk!!! (BTW, a private school is even worse, you have absolutely no rights.)

Yes, i remember someone saying that, at public school, Constitutional Rights were waved.

I never signed any paper waiving my rights...My parents never did, either...

You never know. These schools can creep shit up on you. My sister signed up for the yearbook committee, and my mom didnt read it all. Well she basically signed a paper saying she could leave school grounds whenever she feals like it. I'm joining the yearbook committee next year now :p

I used to be that way, cept all my teach's know im not a goody-good, eventualy i think the teachers kinda recognize that as your normal smell and dont notice it...or maybe im really fuckn stoned right now...

I actually kinda like being suspended...get to sleep in, smoke all day and not worry bout anyone noticing, eat whatever u want when you have the munchies, getting more stoned... :dance:
