Can't smoke anymore sad sad story...

It's true, I can't smoke weed anymore and no ones stopping me.
Well ive been on probation for a significant amount of time and still smoked every once in awhile, but about 2 1/2 years ago I quit because I knew eventully I was going to get a bad drug test and get busted. Well awhile back I decided to smoke a blunt with my sis. I go back into my room and for the next 5hours I saw everything from my vision going frame by frame to not being able to breath and struggling to stay alive *so it felt anyways* I actully though i was going to die,my hands were shaking and my face was hot enough to fry an egg on, it got so bad that i had to use a wet wash cloth to moist my face with untill it became dry for the full 5 hours, i was dry heaving for close to 30 min every hour nothing seem to come up but some nasty ass snot, i actully though i saw a little spek of blood in one that came up..So after I fell asleep or passed out or whatever the hell happend to me i woke up in the morning and ask my sister how her high was, she said it was like any normal one,and she smokes about once every 3 months or so.
I have no idea what the hell happend to me but even now when im around my friends and the smoke gets near me I start to feel my heart beat a little faster just from the contact..So now that I cant smoke it im growin it =)..
Anyone else have somethin similar to this happen?? Or know what the hell happend to me :confused:

Possible panic attack; I've had a similar experience, but I continued smoking afterwards and never had another problem. Your heart beating is just a reaction generated from the fear from your bad high.

Yeah my heart was beating extremly fast, what calmed me down more than anything was thinking no one has ever died from weed that I know of atleast, and when you "OD on weed" you throw up..What was your experience like?

I've smoked myself sick like you only once. I smoked like a blunt, a joint, 2 bowls, and 3 gravity bong hits. Passed out around 1 am, and woke up 5 different times on each hour throwing up and then dry-heaving. Never had a problem since.

You can't OD on weed. Puking happens very rarely if ever. I think you triggered it yourself, by your state of thinking. I think it was some good weed and you couldn't handle the effects. Or, perhaps you weren't expecting them. If you know what's coming then you should be alrite. It may increase your heartbeat a little but don't freak out, jsut chill out.

Yep, you had a classic panic, or anxiety, attack. They are usually an unconcious response to something bothering you. Not that you're unconcious when it happens, but you're not actively thinking about it. Weed can definitely trigger these or make them worse. You were probably stressed about the possible drug test when you smoked so your body reacted the way it did. Now, you're so worried it might happen again just the smell starts to trigger it. The good news is that knowing what they are and why they happen often makes them stop.

last weekend i was chillen wid some girl and the exact same thing happened to her...she doesnt smoke that often and all we smoked was 2 js to 4 people and she started freaking out...she was shaking like crazy and felt really cold...she went upstairs and threw up then passed out...haha thats my story.

I've have had a similiar experience i got real scared and hot and i couldn't sleep and when i did my friend woke me up b/c he was worried about me, but yeah my heart was beting really fast and i was really nervous

Yeah actually I got just had a panic attack. I smoked .75 grams of Kush and the instant it hit me, I went insane. But I calmed myself down and got on the computer, and now I'm coping and doing pretty well. The only problem is the swaying of me in the wind.

Dont worry about it, just dont smoke alot of pot at once, you dont need to smoke a quarter to get high, so keep it to a joint and a few bowls, and you wont have to cough up a lung, and feel like your having a heart attack.

It was half a blunt split between 2 people ..

i got paranoid smoking pot once. It was my last joint and i couldnt find my dealer.

When I had my panic attack from it I we were hitting a gravity bong. I had two really small hits (hadn't smoked in a LONG time so I was rusty at bong hits) then the third one game and I inhaled more smoke in that hit than I EVER had before, and when I let it out I immediately knew something was wrong.

No one could figure out what happened, and no one seemed to care either. They got pissy with me, so needless to say I don't fucking talk to those asses anymore.

It would have been really nice for someone to just say you're having a panic attack you're gonna be fine.

I ended up running out of the apartment and I was disoriented I couldn't find my way out of the complex. I ended up calling 911 because I literally thought I was having a heart attack. That shit was so good and I had such a potent hit I was hallucinating a heart attack. I felt like my heart was going to explode out of my chest. When the paramedics came they took my heart rate and said it was elevated, but nowhere NEAR as fast as I was hallucinating it to be.

It's not fun at all...but over the course of the last year I've learned alot about panic attacks so I'm sure I'll eventually be able to smoke again. If it happens again I won't freak out so much cos I know it's not "real".

I've had one experience after the first time I smoked hash oil. It sort of crept up on me. Really felt ill and like passing out. Couldn't get enough fresh cool air. Although I smoked heaps really quickly. And I wasn't the only one off my head.

Cause you didn't smoke alot it could have been nicotine poisoning. I had it once after having a rolled ciggy using rolling tobacco. My hands were sweaty and shaking, heart racing, hot and cold sweats, throwing up etc, felt really ill basically.

Here are Nicotine poisoning symptoms :-
Muscular twitching, Weakness, Convulsions, Coma, Fainting, Difficulty breathing
Rapid breathing, No breathing, Abdominal cramps, Vomiting, Drooling (increased salivation), Burning sensation in mouth, Rapid and pounding heartbeat followed by slow heart rate, Elevated blood pressure followed by decreased blood pressure
Confusion, Depression, Headache, Agitation, restlessness, or excitement

I've been getting anxiety attacks lately, and they range from mild to severe. If I smoke more than a tiny bit of weed I start to get them, and if I take more than a few hits they can be really bad. Crippling. I took some shrooms one time and then smoked a bunch of kind bud, and I literally thought I was dying. I tried to get my girlfriend to call the hospital but she wouldn't. It's really scary, especially when the people around you have had no similar experiences.

What it is, is that you need to know your limit. Don't get worried and not smoke it no more...not unless you really feel you shouldn't. Before when I started to smoke weed, I use to smoke way more then I should have. I havn't gotten the greens or nothing from it but I was shaking like crazy. I was sitting in a chair and my best friend was across the table and I was after doing some hot knifes, and it hit me fast and hard. Everyone was just looking at me, watching my legs and arms, everything shake. I thought it was kidda cool myself. I got such a kick out of it...I have never gotten like that since that day. I shake a little still but I'm a shaky person.

You don't know a damn thing about anxiety or panic attacks. Don't talk about things you don't know about. Have you ever been through an anxiety attack before? No. Fucking ignorant ass.

He won't ever smoke weed again because he had a bad fucking experience on it, and I don't blame him. I always smoked pot to feel good, if the shit makes you feel like shit...then why the fuck should you smoke it?!?!

i took an 1/8th of shrooms once and then smoked a bubbler pack - only took like 3 hits but it made my trip kick in so fast - it was so wierd - then i started having a bad trip - went outside and it was freezing out - was like thats it im done and felt really bad about myself then starting falling and told my friends i felt like i was dying and just layed in the dirt and felt like it was done i was dieing - but then i just got up and went to the porch and layed down and then went inside and it got a little better then it passed and i started having a fun trip - it was the worst feeling ive ever had ever - and i was like my friends cant do anything im dying

Damn finally sum people up my same boat man, i ust 2 big the biggest stoner/pothead at my school of 3000 kids i smoked when i woke up smoked after school n continued 2 smoke throughout the day but one day i went 2 go smoke a jay after school same bag i had been smokin out of 4 a couple days n suddlenty i felt instant fear time was slow thought i was gonna die but only cuz of the weed n i know that so i keep switching my invorment everything was fuckin horrible 4 15 mins then the good high came in but i understand what yal mean by being around the smoke making u paranoid when actully its u who is paranoid about being around the smoke you can't get high off a contact very easily becuase the exhaled smoke is lil thc content or none at all and the burning weed is not enough so i quit for like 2 months then i went on a cruise drinking n we went to the bahamas n bought sum shit ass weed smoked bout 5 bowls wit my friend i was shraight n felt great so i get back home bought sum weed smoked wit my dealer felt great so i rolled a fat spliff b4 me n my friends went 2 play pool at a pool hall so i was smoking ohh shit instant fear i was trippin balls dude i could'ent find my friends but i found them n my high sucked i felt so shitty but after 45 i felt better then i quit smokin maybe a month went back started smokin wit my friend n smoked about 5 times in 2 days great highs so i wanted 2 smoke b4 schooll wit my 1 friend so he let me i felt instant fear about teachers n getting caught it sucked sumbody plz explain 2 me y 1 day good high 1 day bad high

Well, as far as I find it, and this is with me personally others might be different. It's all about the state of mind your in before you smoke a draw. I find that if I smoke a joint while I'm in a good mood or something like that, I tend to have a good buzz, but if I'm having a shitty day or I have something on my mind or just plain feels pissed off, I tend to have a bad buzz. But this is only me. Weather its true or not...pfft who knows. I get some people who say its cuz they got bad weed so whatever.
