Easy to make..works like a grav...get an outdoor garden hose attachment..the one that goes onto the pipe...its Y-shaped..has two valves.....when you take gravs you can open on valve to let in smoke..then close both valves..push the bottle into the water and then open up the valve....allows for a much more intense hit, getting you much higher....me and my buddies call it a super grav...try it out..youll like it

or do what i did and buy a slide and bong bowl from a head shop and stick that in the bottle cap, that way your smoking nothing but weed in you nice glass bowl and you dont have to work with valves, just pull the bowl and inhale

i think it sounds like a good idea, cuz of all the PSI, its just gonna shot into your lungs and most likely u will pass out.
I prefer bongs to any other smoking method. That's just me (shrugs).
yeah i cant wait til someone dies cause of that. What happens if you dont open your airway? What if all that smoke were to go down into your stomach that would be wierd. Wonder what it would do. Burp up a huge cloud probably.
