but forces outa my control are making me choose

it is ok to date two girls at once as long as they know and are cool with you not being serious about them. If your lying and telling them you are faithful and serious about them, while telling same to other girl, there is a problem.

I agree with Scarlett's advice. You need to explain to both of them that you don't want an exclusive relationship and then take it from there. Whatever you do just don't lie. Honesty is the best way to go and is essential in any relationship whether it's just a casual one or serious one.
