The vote is a victory and shows a great need to revisit marijuana legislation. Though, I'm concerned by Denver officials advising police to file state charges instead. To me, this move says that legislation is irrelevant to some officials and that they would rather see the state control their city. Get rid of these morons in your next elections, Denver.
anyone over the age 21 can possess up to an OZ .... IT'S LEGAL.
