yea, how u like me now, all u fools that said it wouldnt work, well, i did it, and it kicks ass. no one is gona find my stash ever. ever. ever. the only problem is the screw that kept the face plate stuck to the wall went into the black box that i took out, so for now im using masking tape to hold it to the wall until i find something better, i might just screw through it and make a new hole.

oh shit yea, if someones pplugs something into it and pulls it out...im fucked lol. since i dont have an electric drill to screw a hole in it, i guess i could heat it up then just drill a hole straight through the plastic with a screwdriver adn a screw. then theres already kinda a hole in the plastic on the other side, its just not grooved. any ideas?
Just drill a screw right through the plastic. It might crack so I don't know how to prevent that.

the plastic might crack...thats what i was afraid of, if that happens then im fucked until i can get another plate. and it was alot of hard work to seperate the imput slot from the little black box. i had to bash the fuck outa it with a hammer.

ok, bottom shelf, see the red akira book on the bottom, to the left of that, theres a bage box kinda thing, past that, thers another about 2.5 feet, that back in there, is where the shoe box is. and thers a bunch of books infront of it. i hope that kinda clears things up.

Anyway, regarding the wall socket-- a very good idea, but there's no practical way to keep the lid screwed on-- I'm sorry. Just keep the socket hidden behind a pile of books or something, and you should be good. Remember, a screw must go through something and into something-- with a box like that, the into is the problem.
However, you could cut a trap door into the bottom with a hinge and magnet latch, and then just glue the faceplate on.
