if you remember, im putting a TEMPORARY stop on smoking. today is the 7th day that i havent smoked. its been months since i've even gone two days without smoking, much less a week. there have been rough times. not sure when im gonna smoke again. havent slept for shit though, so if i go back to work this week(depending on condition of my finger, stitches removed tomorrow), i may smoke a little at night just to knock me out.
Try staying up all night, one night, and then fall asleep at your regular (early) time the next night.
Use some melatonin..it's available at health shops. It's the natural thing your body uses to make you tired, it's for people with jetlag and stuff. Works within like 15-20 minutes, you pretty much pass right out.
i havent smoked in a month and a half and before that i smoked for a year every day. i have noticed that i cant sleep either and a loss of appatite as well as a general loss of happyness. oh and supprisingly i have had a harder time remembering things lately...strange.
Yea I'm not sleeping either. One week since I smoked a cigarette by the way. Thinking of going and buying a pack tonight.. :P

I never go for a week without it BUT i have never smoked for more than 3 days at a time like 3 or 4 days a week so my tolerance is low and it doesnt effect my life as much if you get what i mean like i dont wake up and think i need 1 i just do when i want best way coz if u stop for a week for the majority of that week u will be thinkin of weed which is not good.
Was thinkin off cuttin down to one spliff a day but it sounds to much like hard work!!
today is the last day im gonna smoke until friday. so ill be clean for a few days. enough for the next week.
