lol Yeah, but the majority of people won't do it for fear of getting arrested. Which would mean that there would be relatively few people standing in the street tokin' up ... Which of course would mean plenty of people going to jail. But, if you COULD get together the majority of the smokers in the world, over one day, to blaze together in the streets, it'd be badass. But it'll never happen. *sigh*
Well, if everyone agreed to do it then there would be no reason to be scared of getting arrested, and then everyone would do it. :)
i heard of canada doing this a while back and no one got arrested but they are more liberal up there a lot more...
