The Truth - Stoners are unhealthy, unsafe, "skeazy" looking, friendless, anxious, depressed, paranoid, always getting in trouble, have no future and are "funding some very bad people".

Hey, I don't think what we do is the healthiest thing ever, but I'd rather smoke some weed than be the fat kid stuffing his face with junk food all day long... Why don't these people use their time to fight something worthwhile, like childhood obesity?

it says that marijuana contains the same cancer causing ingredients that cigarettes contain, and at higher concetrations, but yet it states that smoke five joints a week is equivalent to smoking a pack of cigarettes a day. if your a cigarette smoker, then your already thinking, "wow, marijuana is a lot more healthier than cigarettes", who the hell smokes five cigarettes a week??? unless your trying to cut back or something.

i've seen a lot of pictures on this board, and i can assure you that a good 75% percent of the ones posted are not that of a "skeazy" appearance. "stoner's spare"? they must be getting information from some stupid ass kids who don't smoke marijuana and just make a stereotype to fit accordingly to a pothead. sorry, but i'm pretty sure there is nothing on my body that can even closely resemble a "spare tire", metaphorically speaking.
it's unsafe
no more unsafe than skateboarding, or any other extreme sport for that matter - which they seem to be promoting. no more unsafe than getting in your car and driving around, regardless if your high or not. hell, i consider guns more safe than anything, atleast they have a button guaranteeing your protection, in more ways than one. nothing in this world is entirely safe. it's all pre-destined anyway.
you'll lose the good friends you have - and make that are not so good for you
surely, everyone in school went through changes. i went from playing card games with friends to smoking dope the following year. i made my choices, but none that can't be fixed with a little thought. just because your friends do bad things doesn't mean they don't care about your well-being. good friends are dependent on personalities, drugs involved or not. i lost trust with my family not because i was smoking pot, but rather because i was a thief. marijuana has never made my choices for me, therefore i see no reason why anyone could blame it for problems they've had. to be honest with you, i think the information they get this from is from 'recovered' potheads, just feeding them some bullshit so that they seem 'cured'.

according to the national household of cody's head, i'd say the news and videogames have been more to blame for violent acts among teenagers than marijuana. how many potheads do you see out there robbing banks and killing people?! we're the most un-motivated people, and humble at that. the government needs to stop trying to cover up their number one selling drug; crack.
