Mental Health Bill 'to cause thousands to be detained'
NINE times as many people as first thought will be forced to undergo compulsory mental health treatment under planned reforms in England and Wales, a new study claims.
The draft Mental Health Bill proposes allowing patients to be made to take medication and detained if necessary. The King's Fund study said that in 15 years as many as 13,000 could be placed under such orders, rather than the Government's 1450 figure. But the Government said the "flawed" study produced incorrect estimates. The bill was first introduced in 2002.
Under the 1983 Mental Health Act patients can be sectioned, but only if their condition is treatable. The new bill, which received 2000 objections when it was first unveiled, proposes allowing people to be forcibly treated to protect the public.
Campaigners say it will make it too easy to detain people who have mild personality disorders.

Like I have stated. I do love Bush...trimmed, shaved, or Chubaka Bush......George Bush? NO, I do not love George Bush. ALL politicians are crooked, hell, they usually start off as lawyers..should be the first clue on that.
My problem is the source of these threads from pisshead and his lil' comments. This article had no relationship what so ever to GW but he managed to push his own agenda into it AGAIN! As far as I'm concerned, Alex Jones thrives by promoting his conspiracy bullshit to the weak minded and thanks to the modern age, he can charge his lil' $59.95 for doing so. Basically he is a piece of shit preying on the ignorant!

And why would you assume that? Love my freedom! I can worship whatever God of my choosing or not worship at all. If I like, I can say that my government bites ass and my President can fuckin blow me. Not many other countries allow such a thing without a little jail time or maybe a bit of torture. If I decide to work today or not is completely my choice. Hell, I could jump on the scoot and travel cross country just doing odd jobs, whatever when I get strapped for cash. What "freedoms" am I actually loosing at the present?
The only freedom that I don't have that I would like to enjoy is being able to raise a crop, sit back in the privacy of my own home, and enjoy. The Reefer Madness generation is almost in their wheelchairs now so it's time for a little common horse sense. We'll see if it happens. I'll tell ya though, it's looking more and more promising....reminds me a little of the early 70s when the discussion of decriminalization was on the table.
There, I answered your question so now you answer mine. Why do you dislike this country/government so much when it grants you so many more freedoms than most of the world today.
It seems that your more concerned with the rights of a Mullah in Iran producing nukes than the safety of those he would use them on. It doesn't so much involve the U.S. as it does Europe, now that Iran has those ICBMs. But as usual, you know what country would be cleaning up the mess if it happened!!!

neo-cons are incredibly afraid of the freedom, especially that outlined by the founders (who sound like nutjob conspiracy theorists at times the way they talk about government) in the bill of rights and constitution...
they need a cozy, massive federal government and a surveillance technocracy to feel secure. they'll accept what they otherwise wouldn't accept under democrats...imagine if bill clinton was doing what george bush was doing, they'd be up in arms...instead...zzzzzzzz...
the war on drugs/terror/literacy/poverty/anything always goes well for the feds...the desired outcome is more of what you're 'warring' against...that's how it's designed.

Lets address this in a reasonable manner. First off, I attack on ones that refer to me by neo-con and have VERY lame sources.
Now lets get to the meat! :D Here is the Bill of Rights....what am I losing out on here? Keep in mind, besides weed, I pretty much obey the law. Now if something is being done to protect my right to life, I could very well be for it. Anyways, heres the list, now please show me the way!!!! :D

Say what? Now don't be trying to provoke a fight here! I may just have to call ya a bad name or some shit like that...LOL!
Well I can see why your a little on the pissed side of the tracks. But it was kind of classic...in its own way. YOU WERE BAGGIN' A COPS GIRLFRIEND??? DAMN, you got balls dude!!! LOL ... I'll bet they torched your ass. Don't get me wrong now, I'm completely against the drug war. Seizure of property was designed to take the cash and merchandise from dealers hands, not from the common user. Another law gone bad! I read one time in Chicago when this was first passed a yacht was seized when a joint was found on board.
Good arguments, reliable sources, what more to be said? What pisses me off is the "conspiracy sites" that twist truths around for profit!
If I recall right your in Texas. If so, STAY SAFE DUDE!!! Looks like Rosi is headin' your way and she is pissed off!!
P.S. Stay away from the Texas cops pussy too!!! I salute you!!!! :D

i'd just give it up...put him on ignore, it's not worth it...there's always going to be some fake enemy or some group that we build up who then becomes our enemy for the neo-con apologists (and the fake left apologists)...they can always point the finger elsewhere at the leadership of other countries while our leaders are doing the same thing, on a larger worldwide scale...
google "imf riot"...you'll see basically how our economic collapse will be engineered, you'll be able to recognize the hand of the IMF/world bank, under a smokescreen of a 'terror' attack too...to further justify a world government (which doesn't exist unless the mainstream says, and only at that time, every other time you're a nut for saying it...world bank, world health...world court...world trade...shhh....)

I have heard a qoute dont remember the exact wording but it say, Police often reflect its Gov't.... I do believe that theres a Gov't conspiracy going on, like that lone gunman theory that they used to explain how JFK was killed by a single bullet. I dont trust this Gov't they do have a hidden agenda behind the scene and i know im not alone in this thinking R Gov't is criminal, maybe i did 2 much meth & coke back in the good ol days, but i swear I was thinking conspiracy back in grade school.....Peace
Gov't is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force, Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master-George Washington
The exact of contrary of what is generally believed is often the truth

My question to people who assume Alex Jones is not a credible source:
Why? Is it because what he says is simply hard to believe/accept or do you have a real reason? Can you actually debunk the arguments and/or evidence he puts forth? In other words, is your skepticism based on reason or emotion?
It seems that much of the population is programmed to respond with disbelief, denial and ridicule when they hear anything that casts doubt on the government. The label, "conspiracy nut", is automatically slapped on whomever suspects the government of wrong doing or a hidden agenda (despite the fact that government corruption is certainly nothing new, it has always existed and always will as it is a very likely thing to occur if left unchecked).

as if he's the only one saying the types of things he says too...
you can read the federalist and anti-federalist papers...and they sound more conspiratorial and insane than alex jones does...
or you can read newspapers from 100 and 200 years ago (if you can read the words...) when it used to be about freeodm versus slavery and freedom versus tyranny...when people wanted to expose corruption...today, government corruption is just a conspiracy theory...our government could never be corrupt, it will never happen here...
today it's reduced to left versus right...left tyranny versus right tyranny, which side who does the same thing as the other side do you want to bring you tyranny first...
Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.
