pot hangover??

Sorry guys i did post this is the recreational forum but i need some answers im freakin out!


I have only been smoking since the start of the year, probably a total of 8-9 times.

On the weekend, friday night i had 3 j's 85% pot and 15% lions tail. Had a really great time, woke up the next morning fine.

Saturday night had half a j that was left outside in the ash tray over night ditched by my g.f (same mix).
Again had a great time BUT....

The next morning woke up.... fine then had about a 20min hot shower 5 mins later BAM!! It hit me again i felt almost as stonned as i did the night before, continued throughout the day still feeling fuzzy.

Monday wake up again.... STILL feeling it, start to freak out a little as this has never happend before, i call one of my mates that smokes everyday and told him whats going on his reply was "chill out enjoy it, it will go away" towards the end of the day in my head im 100% mentally with it, im at work but physically my feelings are very sensitive and numb just like when im stonned... its hard to carry out fiddle tasks.

Tuesday wake up... still feeling it, almost just the same as monday call my mate again and his reply again is "Chill out, its a little weird but it will go away" i spent the whole day trying to gain access to this site to ask if this was normal, searched a couple of old threads from a couple of guys that said they felt dizzy 6 days after smoking...im starting to think maybe this is the dreaded pot hangover.

TODAY wednesday (in australia) still feeling it not as bad as yesterday tho, and im only really feeling it when i think about it but its there throught the whole day. Tonight still feeling it.....

Has anyone experienced this before??? Will it go away??? what can i do to help it go away???

Im feeling a little big foggy in my head but still 100% with it, not stupid/stonner thoughts physically again numb feelings in touch and feel and slightly fuzzy in my head. I drank about 2 litres of water to help flush it...worked for about 2 hours.....

Can anyone help me on this??? Im starting to really freak out now...3 nights later wtf???

Sundays roll around and we do nothing but smoke, sometimes a 1/4. After smoking all these yrs, we still get smoke hangovers, no fear, enjoy the residual buzz!

I have slight headaches, but those are when I get really high and fall asleep late and wake up really early the next morning. But usually they only last a couple of hours.

comfortably numb is what i call it, enjoy it man, it will go away soon...

ive never had a hangover, well not from weed at least and thats why i love it so much

I just feel extra lazy if, I smoke an hour or so before I go to bed, when it comes to getting up. An d yeah if I smoke quite alot I just wont be with it for most of the day:)>

no when i smoke at night (every day) i always wake up feeling better then i would of had i didnt smoke, probaly because i get to sleep so much quicker

I'm a daily smoker (when I can get it - arghhh!) and all I really get is demotivated, lazy and paranoid - otherwise I'm OK. After say, five days the paranoia goes and I start getting back some energy, but I still feel a bit stoned - I've come to realise that because I want to be stoned my brian makes it so. Have you ever seen Derren Brown? He does this trick with a guy where he basically hypnotises this guy in to beliving his drunk - quite effectivly - maybe your making it happen! Could all be in your mind, after all, the doctors/government have been pimping their lies about cannabis for years, that will have an effect on yah! Good work flushing with water though, top tip! :)

pot hangover..... umm ok i have smoked a lot before i feel asleep and then woke up and was still high but a hangover??
