Can you, should you smoke that? and if you do, what is the best method? (it's hella sticky) I have so much of it in my bong stem that I have to get it with a pipe cleaner nearly every time I smoke just to get a hit. Should I be saving this gunk or should I suck it up and buy some 420 to clean my shit with?
I save it for those emergencies when im dry.
But if in doubt go buy a pretty new bong to spiff up the place :)

resin is something i only reccomend when u are in dier need of getting high, other than that smoke bud, but let the resin dry in a ball and smoke it.

I have a steamroller. It all filters out right there at the end of the tube. There is no screen (I have a one-hitter on it), so resin and partially/mostly burnt-up herb balls up there. I usually just knock it off into the trash, but when I need it, there's always twenty hits down there.
The toxic junk in there is not worth trying to eek out any THC. If it smells bad, and tastes bad, feels bad, which part of bad don't you understand?
Just think of lighting that great weed. First hit is best, cause all the trichomes are exploding their THC filled sacks into your lungs. Progressively the burn and more toxins. Carbon, Benzene, wax, tars it is so much shit. All that carbolizes in that gunk.
I know in times of need and distress it is better than nothing, but you gotta reach for the bud. Keep your bong clean all the time anyway. Sludge in it means you are getting a shit hit, so keep it clean. Then the question will never arise.
You know what? I am going to clean my vaporizor (it is sort of a bong) it has "sludge" you would die for and stuff that is toxic. I will get pictures and write an article about it and compare it to regular smoked bong sludge. I really want to get you all to vaporize. I will show you how to extract the THC from that and your grinder and keep it clean at the same time for about 30p a go (about 50 cents US). Gimme a couple days, we are going to a secret blue lagoon today to smoke a new portable vaporizer.

Hey scarlett! Heres what i do to get the resin to not be so sticky. I scrap the resin out of my piece with my pocket knife then i sprinkle a bit of ash on it to make it less stick and roll it into a big ball, then i smoke it. Try that it really works. Good luck! :)

I know many who smoke it, and if you take penguins idea of putting ice breakers in your chamber, even shit would taste good smoked with enough of those in your bong. I think if you roll your bong balls in shake instead of ash, that might make it taste better too. I am not above smoking it, but I would have to be low or out to put that much effort into it. I really need a new bong, as of the past few months I been smokin' with homemade ones that mostly suck. Damn my ex-roommate/friend for fucking me up.

It is not what most of us would refer to as "resin" it is tar or "gunk" as many of us would refer to it. While it MUST have some THC content, the wax, tar, carbon, noxious things that go bump in the night far outweigh the positive stuff. So, what I think it comes down to, if you are DYING, then what the hell. But if you can, clean the thing and wait for something rightous to cross your lungs.
Many of us here find the thought of this stuff so repugnant. But I do remember when that was all there was. Sucks man. Sucks bad. It is not good for you unless you are already dying of cancer of potophobia already.

resin is fun to smoke, just as fun as smoking weed, i dont think it has a bad taste or anything, but i know some people who hate it and some people get headaches after smoking it
Yeah if you think that "gunk" is so vile you better quit smoking cuz your lungs are full of that shit, you use a bong everyday for a month and it'll go brown what about smoking a non filtered joint everyday for a year, your klungs are going to be full of that gunk. Because that "gunk" is what you smoke thus it does get you high:)>

When I clean the shit out of my cob pipe, I put it on a paper, mix it with weed and smoke that. Don't wait till you're completely dry, mix that nasty gunk with a little weed and it should be better than smoking pure resin. i clean my pipe out and save that shit. when i got nothing to smoke, i smoke that. it gets you high a shit, but it also tastes like shit. it's nice when your out and you go "ahhaa! my ball of resin!" also you can boil glass peices. get a pan big enugh for the piece and wrap it in a sock or t-shirt, so it doesn't bang arround. boil it for a while and it will be store bought clean in no time. rubbing alcahol works to, but you gotta make sure it's damn dry before you toke again, or BOOM!.

It is cooked up in a paste and eaten. You have to heat the delta 6 natural THC to change to the delta 9 that takes us higher. Which is why cannabis butter is so good for cooking. I am going to make some hash oatmeal rasin cookies in a couple days for some visiting Russian and British friends. I find that using just the shaken Trichromes in cooking makes any green or grainy taste never happen.

Also brother, that is a far cry of a high from THC. WHEW! Salvia is not something you can smoke while you walk to the store for some candy. Best to sit down with some electric music and watch the lights or you can get lost in the colors.
