trying shrooms for the first time

Yeah I'm ready to try shrooms. I think it would be interesting. But how much do they usually cost? Like you can get weed 1/8th or a quarter or an OZ but how do shrooms run? I just want to know this so I can see if the dealer is ripping me off. And anything to remember? LIke how much is good for first timers? I can get drunk off of one beer. I get high pretty easy. So I might want to take it slow. What should I expect? Like at first how am I going to feel? How long does the trip usually last? ETC. I will be doing them with someone else who has experience with shrooms, lsd, extacy and other stuff. And I'll be with my bf at his house in a safe atmosphere. Everyone is cool. I already have that part covered. Anything to avoid to keep from having a bad trip? I heard that you can see one little thing on tv and it can set you into a bad trip. Let me know your experiences and anything helpful. :confused:

How much do you weigh? I weigh 174 (but told my friend I was 180) and he said between 1.5 and 2 g's.

I'm 5'2" and i weigh 105 pounds. One bud light gets me pretty tipsy three gets me so drunk i'm almost sick lol. And how much is a "g" anyway? I was thinking along the lines of caps. Like maybe a half of a cap or a fourth of one. That sort of thing. Explain this stuff to me.

Depends on who you know. I've had a 1/4oz for $40 from someone that used to grow them. But the friendly neighborhood dealer usually sells them for about $30 1/8.

Well I usually go with and 1/8 3.5 g, but my 1st time I did half, so, 1.75 grams maybe? It also depends on what kind you get as some have more psilocybin than others.

OK, coming up is the worst part, maybe a little coldness/anticipation. Nausea for some people, mj usually helps :D. On a lower 1st timer dose you will probably have a nice body buzz, laugh alot, see the walls "breathe", see some nice visual patterns (eg colors intensified, carpet colors swirling, wood grains running like a river, etc). The trip can last up to 6 hours but probably less. It is also hard to fall asleep right after tripping. check out here for all the info you willl ever need

i have usually found shrooms for $30 for an 1/8th as well usually. for my first time i just got an 1/8th and took half and my friend took half. that way you arent as nervous your first time cause you have someone there with you doing it too. as long as you keep a good open mind and try not to get all anxious about it and use it to get "high" so to speak or to make yourself feel better you should be fine. you want to take them when you feel good and prepared and are in a good state of mind and then everything is fun as hell. i drank alcohol when i was on them with no problem, the only thing is just watch for naseau, but a little bud should calm that down. good luck with it all and have a great time. it is well worth it.

I'm finding them from a friend who knows someone for 20-25 for a chocolate(1/8), I haven't tried before but I'll probably buy two, one for me and for my brother, maybe more if anyone else watns to trip.

for most people if you are going to take less than 1/8th of an ounce your going to have a blast and craving for more. be carefull at high doses, you may see things that you wish you didnt.

lol, you CAN overdoes on shrooms, although there has been no occurences, u need to eat your body weight of shrooms to OD, this kind of overdose you'll die. But its very easy to OD in the sense that you cannot control yourself on the drug. try eating 1-1.5 of liberty capz, they sell for 10 dollars per g here.

can u go shroom hunting and pick the ones off the cow shit and have the right ones cuz it seems to me that shit is costly compared to the ammount of trips ea and i dont have to much cash...would it b safe??

You can grow shroom hunting that way, but unless you are ABSOLUTELY positive about the strain of mushrooms you are going to ingest, then it is definately not a good idea. I have heard many horror stories about mushroom hunters. If you are going to do this you had better do some serious homework.

99 out of every 100 shrooms picked from cow shit found in a field cant be used. too many things can go wrong.

I pay $12 for 3.5 grams of potent cubensis... this is enough for me to see time and realize there is no such thing, and have my entire world torn down and rebuilt from scratch. Dont watch movies! tryed for first time last night with my freind it was cool just not my type of thing, i like to get stoned and chill and relax and do stuff,all drugs i wanted to do in my life i have done so back to just smokin weed :)

Well i take back everything i said about never doing shrooms agin did them about a week and a half ago ate a half 8th agin took bong rips and drank 5-6 beers gosh the party i went to couldnt have been any better sittin in the light room with the dj and the strobes good times :)

It reminded me of when I used to go fucking shroom hunting at my summerhouse. We have a shitload of cattle there. Me and my friends would go out there and hop on a golfcart, and drive around smoking blunts with a big fucking flashlight looking for shrooms. :D
