YELRAMs grow :)

ok so thanks to everyone out there that had to put up with answering all of my questions lol I am starting my first grow. i have read ALOT of info on growing so now with the help of use guys and galls i am goen for it. i have already started the process by getting my seeds from plannetskunk.com i ordered Arora Sativa. I ended up getting em in the mail yesterday morning. just after i got them i constructed a styrophome plate with tissu paper in it,i then put only one seed in there (i want to grow one plant first for practice) and wattered it a little, then i put another plate over that. i then taped the plate together and put it in a warm cubbert. O ya i also went to home depot and bought two 50 watt 2600 lumme coiled lights with a yellow ish to them for 30$.

the next day (today) i came home from a party and checked on my little girl (hopefully) and she had a crack in her with a white tail coming out. I then got a clear plastic cup and filled it with my moms flower dirt or what ever u call it. I also rapped a balck sock around the cup so that when there are roots then no light will get to um.

so thats pritty much all i have done so far but i am going to take pics of what i have so far so people can tell me what i need, what im doing wrong, and what im doing write.

ok so here is my set up. as you see its a speaker lol. i have it in there to hide it from my parents but it might be a fire hazard so i might change my set up. if any one has any comments or suggestions that would be awsome. :)

Yelram... Not to put you off or anything... or maybe to do just that... I think you should move the illegal cannabis plants out of the legal property of your parental units.
They'll be very pissed off when they find out... And if they find our because the authorities find out, then they'll be inside a bigger world of legal shit than you.

If none of this is getting through your thick stoned cranium... please, at least don't make a parade with all the friends of your friends' friends friend of the friend's friends.

i like ur speaker grow chamber, nice n covert.....i think its perfect for veging....but once u start to flower, ur going to need something bigger plus stronger lighting.

u should start thinking about converting a space in ur closet / wardrobe or converting a chest of drawers or something thats at least 2 feet high

u can train / top a plant and keep it at 1 ft...but u gotta allow room for the plant pot and a couple of inches space for the gap between the cfl and tip of plant

one more thing, the longer u think about solutions, the quicker the problem comes along and slaps u in the face

btw....ur mom will also slap u in the face when she investigates that "strange smell" comming from ur bedroom.

if u think about the smell of a dime bag...imagine what 1 plant smells like

hi chonged. thanks for you message. :) ya i was al ready thinking for when the plant gets larger i could use my other speaker. i would cut a large hole in the top of this speaker and cut a hole in the bottom of the othre speaker. so the plant will hva twice the room. and yes i was wanting to top it so that the plant only gets so tall. in terms of the plant growing out words i could try to tie it up together a bit but if it gets to out of hand then ill go for the clozet idea. thanks :)

ok so moving on lol. its only been a about a day with the seed in the soil and i was worried that the seed was too far in the soil. i know that it was not a good idea but to day when i got home from school i dumped the soil out on the table to take the seed out. after finding it, it had a white tail on it so i quickly and carefully filled the cup with soil again and put the seed in with the tail facing up with soil over it again. i know it will correct its self but is the tail suppost to go up words??? or down??? thanks if anyone can answer this

when growing herb the most important thing to have is a thing called patience.

u should have left the seed. the white tail is called the "tap root". this pushes down into the soil and pushes the shell casing up...it will look like ur plant is wearing a helmet when it first sprouts thru the soil......u should have planted the tap root facing down

leave it now tho.....ur going to stress ya future plant and kill it

also....

once ya seedling sprouts to the surface....ur going to need to give it venitilation for 2 reasons....

1. Keeps the temp down
2 the breeze makes the stems stronger

u will probably find that the stem aint strong enough to support itself at first and it will fall over......make sure u have got something to support it with now so when it happens ur ready

hello everyone. im gonna gonna get a fan and air ventolation goen on. but i need to know like how big the holes have to be for the air. should they be huge or just the little sheets of metal with slits in em. thanks

u only need a few about 1 inch in diameter, just so air can enter

k so if you-ve been wondering whats goen on lol. i totally fucked up my seed so today i planted another so this time i have tearned from my mistakes and ill have an actual plant lol.

ya so after aaaaaaaaallllllllll that time lol i got a bag of miracle grow soil and i moved my grow into the cabinet in my bedroom desk. i like it better because theres more room and ya its more solit as is the new set up in the inside. so i will have pictures once the green of the plant starts to come into place O and yes i am vvveeeeaaarrryyy patiant now lol which is very important. so all is well i have jerminated the seeds and planted em in the soil and already the seed has poped up :)
so ill show some pics soon and if anyone has any questions or advice then give err.
