The Flaming Lips you cant go wrong with the lips but there not rap so i guess that dosesnt help you ehhh stick with marley

Well, if you like The Mars Volta or At the Drive-In, Omar and Cedric (guitarist and singer) had a side project called DeFacto which was mostly dub reggae, it's some amazing stuff while you're baked, trips you out so hard. If you check it out, just get the CD titled Megaton Blastshot.
Even if ur not a rock fan, comfortably numb by pink floyd will trip u out if u listen close. But other than that....... anybody out of H-town. Mike Jones, Paul Wall, Slim Thug,..ect... anything chopped and screwed
get "Incense and Peppermints" by "Strawberry Alarm Clock", its one of the best songs to listen to while high. Its a flower people song from the 60s. If you've ever watched the simpsons episode where Homer smokes weed, its on that. If you just want to chillout, try "An Ending (Ascent)" by Brian Eno. I went camping with some m8s once, and got up early to watch the sunrise, and we had this playing, it was a head fuck.
My fav things to listen to are Tool, Perfect Circle and Sublime. I know that's not rap but I hope it helps.
