these days people r getting busted or questioned directly due to people hooking up and making connects .
In the chat room that is apparently is being eyeballed by the d.e.a. and that means if ur smart u,ll get ur weed elswhere other than through phony low life narcs whos only job to do is put u and I behind bars.Well i,munlucky too be messed up enough to qualify for med-marijuana here in California,but lucky enough to be legit for toking and growing for medical use .

I disagree. How and why would a narc offer to SELL you weed and then arrest you for it? He'd spend hours and hours on this site and the chatroom only to try and bust some 16 year old for wanting to buy an eighth! It doesn't make sense; nobody would get charged and the narc would either look stupid and definately get into shit for wasting police time, no matter how dumb you think cops are I doubt they'd go to this much trouble for something so stupid. Some people need to chill the fuck out and stop thinking everyone's out to get them.

Trying to sell to you and then busting you makes no sense...what will they accuse of then? Being a user of cannabis? Big news...welcome to the club of around 200 million ppl around the world...those guys are after the big suppliers...it makes more sense that they'd try buying from you and then bust you...if they suspect that you deal for more than pocket money and that you might have a connection with someone who pushes decent quantities...in which case they'd bust you to get to him...IF they can trace you down to your residence or any other base of operations you might have and IF they can prove LEGALLY that you actually are selling or buying large quantities...which requires more than just a couple of emails and an envelope full of bud with your name on it(if ur stupid enough to give a real one that is)

No harm in being careful though...

It is so sad, but very true. To my fellow Americans that are left there under the repression of unjust laws my heart goes out. Even to those in states that have tried to throw the yoke and found themselves tethered still harder by a repressive central authority.

What is most sad is that many here are in countries where the yoke has been loosened or even thrown off for the moment. Here I sit with the most succulent bud, free to abuse it as I wish, and my brothers and sisters left in my own land are the ones abused for thinking about it.

I have so much difficulty in looking at this bud here and telling it that it is a crime. The very thought that holding it makes me evil is just too strange to comprehend. I am thought of, and am actually a nice guy, no evil in me. So how come when I hold this bud in the USA it is a crime? Where is the damaged party?

I am born in Illinois and if I were there I would be in jail for 17 years for that joint, no medical or recreational excuse, or the fact that I live from writing about it would help. What is wrong with my country?

Well here in Greece you'd find the way things work frustrating and humorous...1st of all you can get jail time for possesion(20 days which you are forced to buy off at a cost of 3 Euros per day...they won't even let you serve :) ...) and a nice big DRUGS USER note on your criminal record...which will refrain you from ever working as a civil servant ANYWHERE in the damn country...and considering that currently the State is the biggest employer in Greece that kinda sux ass...
But for all that to happen you gotta get to court 1st right...there are numerous ways you can skip that...
1st of all by statistics Greece has the largest percentage of pot smokers per population...which means that there's a real good chance that if you are busted on a random street search, the cops that bust you are smokin it,too...in that case they just seize the stuff for themselves and let you go...it has happened more than once...not to me though....
2nd of all everyone here is kinda slow...and the cops are exceptionally slow dumb-ass muthafuckas...which means that you might actually get away with it without them even finding anything...if you got it well stashed...
3rd and most practical...load it all on your girlfriend!!! There rarely are women cops in cop patrols and men cops are not allowed to carry out a FULL search on a lady...that means that they'll have to ask HQ to send a female officer to carry out the duty...being slackers they won't ever do that...
4th...be a girl...you can have buds comin out of your pockets and get away with it just by flashing your boobs or givin the cop a meaningful smile...

You might have heard of the above as an urban legend...In Greece it's how it works though!!!
