I just watched the most recent Family Guy ep. iirc, it was just a bunch of stupid jokes played out really long, meant to be funny because they were so annoying. But really, it was just fking stupid.
Maybe the jokes weren't that long, and time was actually just slowing down, but either way, I have never hated family guy until i watched it stoned.

I would think that shit would be better high, sometimes when you get high you have to analzy shit and you over think it.. Try the simpsons... I have the opposite effect, I watched Scary Movie 2 high, and I though that was the MOST FUNNY shit I had ever seen.. I watched it sober one day, and I was like this shit is dumb..

The newest Family Guy episode isn't very good though.
Watch the old family guy episodes, they were MUCH better, I watch and have watched family guy and futurama almost every night for a long time and I smoke a bowl right before i watch it, ive never been let down.

last episode sucks no doubt about it but watch some of the season 4 episodes (newest ones was season 5) and u will laugh like no tomorrow. it also helps if you havent seen the episode yet
family guy is good show to watch when u burning out and u can just relax and let it flow. Futurama is best when i am high
I still don't think that anything can beat King of the Hill when high. I love the pace of their humor, it's great.
Yeah you're all right. I borrowed the S1&2 dvd from my brother, it was fucking hilarious.

I don't know if the newest Family guy was as funny as an old school first season episode, but I was so fuckin high it seemed funny as fuck.
I watch stupid shows and stupid movies too when I'm high, y'all... And laugh my ass off regardless of the quality of what I'm watching. Doesn't mean the show or whatever is good... just because it's funny. Family Guy is one of the funniest shows ever, when I'm high... but it's just not really a good show. I mean, the jokes wouldn't be funny if they didn't come so randomly and have to cut to flashbacks every joke, just to get laughs. I guess that is the reason everyone likes it... cause it's so random and stupid?

Family Guy is genius. It's an abstract structure that not many people can relate to. But, I think if you've done any kind of drug, you can appreciate it for what it is.
I swear, time loses meaning when watching Family Guy. Reality distorts. And YOU cease to exsist. It's ego-loss-via-television. You become one with the rest of the people that are laughing with you. It's not even right.
There's a lot of subtle humor that some people just can't see.

I think Family Guy is fucking awesome. A lot of people say that the older ones are better, but I don't see what they're talking about. The new ones are just as good as the old ones. They have the same type of comedy and the same pace. If you haven't gotten the new DVD yet I HIGHLY suggest it. There are a lot of jokes in there that they could never show on tv, and it's just a lot more edgy.
Another funny ass show is Sealab 2021.
