I'd say read the book "The Celestine Prophecy" because someone just reminded me of its sequel. It's by Deepak Chopra and it starts out slow, but once you're into a couple of 'insights', you won't be able to put it down.

Personally, i Use Mel Frank's & Ed Rosenthal's "Marijuana Growing Guide"
i've had a hard time finding this book (a buddy gave me his copy) .. but it's a fountain of information for indoor/outdoor,plant problems, security tips.. and the chemical makeup of cannabis.
Makes a great read.

All classics and all of them are written in beautifully surreal language. Great books, with quite a psychadelic/eastern take on existence.
