ok so go check out this site if u dont mind getting pissed off and wanting to move to amsterdam. www.justthinktwice.com its the newest site from the DEA, i got word of it thru the NORML newsletter so i went to check it out, total bullshit, i had to stop it pissed me off so much, im so sick of their twisting words, and leaving some out, and just lieing to us.
you know, it is damn near impossible for me to get angry at that shit, its lies, all lies, and even non-tokers would just laugh, or atleast give a good smile to that shit,
that is nothing to get worried over, its the most blaten and horribly spun propaganda i have seen on pot in my life, if american starts believing that, we will have some serious problems, but i hvae faith in the people,

next time you see shit like that, dont try and attack it, if you want people to see it our way, just laugh and point out all the flaws, and there are many, many things wrong with that page, and youd have to be blind or a retard to actually give into that
actually you're wrong, people will only ever know what they learn. if they are told their entire lives (and never had anyone around to raise doubt, which happens in alot more people than doesn't, atleast at younger years) that "this does this and that and can kill you and blah blah blah" then that's what they'll believe. any non-tokers that don't know any diffrent, or have friends to tell them otherwise or even look the shit up for themselves (which unless they were intrested in it, would really have no reason to do such a thing) they will only know what the media/government shovel into their face. not alot of people ever actually look at the harmful results of drinking/alcoholism (i drink, ain't dissin alcohol, just trying to make apoint) so as far as they know, it's ok to drink and will never suffer much backlash from it as long as they "don't drink and drive" .....but you mention drugs and these same people who are all for alcohol (i think we'll all agree weed is safer than alcohol in about every test you could put it to, i.e. high while driving vs. drunken driving, effects on the body and so on) will instantly look down on you for using drugs because they've been force fed the bullshit about how drugs (even weed) can and WILL kill you if you use them.
as to the orignal post, yes it angers me... it angers me that our government sees it fit to not only outlaw drugs, but they have to lie (and i realllllllllllllly fuckin hate liars no matter how small of a lie) so they can scare people away from it. from my point of view, you have no right to talk down on something til you have done it for yourself (which even tho we'd hope to believe alot of congress has smoked, chances are the [majority] haven't) as long as the government pounds fear [by lying] into the community there will always be a very large group that wish to outlaw it. you know if i had money i'd start running commercials to encourage people to inform THEMSELVES (yes that means i wouldn't be shoving the 'positive effects' down people's throats, i'd encourage them to find out the stuff on their own, and let them decided whether it's as bad as it's made out to be.)
I actually think all illegal drugs other than marijuanna can be harmful to you. Maybe I have fallen into the government's trap but other drugs other than marijuanna arent worth it. Weed is the only illegal drug I will ever use, thank god.

this is all government propaganda...our government hates drugs(pot esp.) why? because dealing drugs is a monopoly, one that the government cant controll or overtake. our government loves to make money, as us tax payers know. but they(gov.) knows there is alot of money selling weed and they cant do it and it pisses them off...its like 'if we(gov) cant have it, then you cant have it'... our government spent 11 billion dollars on the war on drugs, did it really work? did they think it was going to work? come on think about it...they are trying to get america to stop smoking and selling so they can over take the industry...now that it is illeagle they say 'oh its so bad for you and you will hurt your life and your loved ones as well ect. ect.' but the minute it is legalize their tune will change real quick...thats when you will hear the real truth about pot when it is legalized...because why would our greedy government play up a drug that they arent making money off of?
