OMG coughing sucks so hard, but you get sooo much higher

I hate when I cough hardcore, not the 4-5 coughs you get off a regular bonghit... I'm talking after you take a huge grav or a huge bonghit and you literally feel like you're gon die, like your on the floor hackin your lungs out and you feel like shit.

But I love it when its over cuz then I get a high like I never have b4, cuz if I don't cough all my highs are the same, but when I do the high is a lot more intense.

But man I coughed like that yesterday after a huge grav but it wasnt too bad, but I felt horrible like I wished I never took it, but 10 min later... I was blaaaazed... Anybody else know the feeling I'm talkin about? Share pls

yea coughing is so much better...thats why i try to chicago my hits casue then im bound to cough

i have bad lungs, so coughing comes naturally. i agree with you, it does make you higher, but those hits that you feel like your going to die or throwup - i hate those. i get a huge ass headache and i feel like i need to lay down or something, but i haven't coughed like that for awhile....lucky me.

I think coughing like that is the worst pain I ever go through in my life, but then I haven't got any major injuries but omg I really feel like shit on hits like that, like I'd do anything to get away from that feeling, then like 5 min later, I don't even care anymore lol.

yea, the kind where you begin to drool you're coughing so much... that shit is nuts. only happend to me once, white widow and a 4 foot bong. ^_^

yesterday i ran stumbled aroudna feild after taking a huge hit, coucged for 10 min at least. it was the first hit too and thats all i needed

just keep a bottled water handy. one time i took a huge hit my lungs were on fire but i grabbed some water right after and wow it felt NICE.

yea whenever you have a bad cough from weed, drinking somethin afterward helps a lot... i'd suggest gatorade or perhaps apple juice, somethin smooth.

Damn, i feel dumb... i never realized drinking water would help... I guess im so into the moment of me coughing, i just dont think about it lol.

Oh man, I remember I went crazy and I loaded a bowl of chronic into my bong, then had my friend have a bowl on standby, finished the first bowl and without exhaling sucked in that whole second bowl, then i coughed, then almost passed out then realized I had just srayed spit everywhere from coughing so hard.

If I drank water every time I couged, I'd get bloated. I drink the tears rolling off my de-pressurized eyes.

Ok well I cant deny that its true because I know that when I have a mad coughing fit I get way faded but I just want to know the proof. Like whats the science behind it? To me it doesnt make sense because cough or no cough I still inhaled and abosorbed the same amount of THC right? someone please find the answer....ill give you a cookie :D

The coughing, I'm pretty sure, comes from exhaling. That's the way it seems to me.
That's why I exhale through my nose, so it won't scratch my throat.

Of course, when my cat is far away, I have to blow it like the North Wind.

i think its because either oxygen deprivation or becuse it makes your body very tired or sumthin.

A little off topic, but I used to know some guys who had about a 10 foot peice of pvc pipe taped to the handrail on some stairs, made into a bong. It took 2-3 hits before the smoke made it all the way up to you, but damn, you were gonna cough your ass off, and get soooooo high.

I don't think its actually the coughing that makes you higher, I just think that the reason you cough is when you take a really big hit. People don't cough when they take a small hit so they don't get as high. But when you take a big hit you cough and get really high so it seems like if you don't cough you don't get as high and if you do cough you get higher but its actually just the size of the hit. The coughing doesn't cause the high, the big hit does, but the big hit also causes the coughing.

the reason coughing gets u more high is because it forces u to suck in weed to different parts of ur lung which dont usually get it and rnt as tollerant as the usual part of your lung where gaseus exchange takes place. i know its rite but im bare lean so it mite not make sense.
