papers are cheap man, you should be able to borrow the money to get some. If not get creative and make some kind of smoking device, receipts most likely wont work.
ive used computer paper before, it worked great. I wrapped it around a pen and stuck it together with honey then put a mouth piece it one end and pack the weed in with the pen in the other end.

Yea, I used to do it when I was younger. Works fine, just rub the paper between your hands and the ink should come off.

i done it before because this one guy didnt want to smoke out of my bowl...and it kind of gave me a sick headache...buy some papers...they're not that much, and they'll last a while.
the way receipts are made is that the paper is soaked in ink, and then the leters are printed on. So no, dont smoke them, unless you fancy a lungful of ink.
