I'm wondering how does smoking before you go to bed affect you all.
Last night, I smoked a bunch and then was going to lay down on my bed and listen to some music with my headphones. After about 10 mins I fell asleep. I slept for like 10 hours and woke up still tired, burnt, and with a small headache.
If I give it a good few hours between the last time I smoked and the time I go to bed, I don't usually get any of these problems though.
I can smoke right before bed. The only problem is I fall asleep while trying to watch my shows :(
i hav the same problem, as soon as ive smoked a bit and lie in bed watching tv i just fall asleep, always missin wt i wnted 2 wtch
When I smoke before bed, I'm tired in the morning. I love to smoke, so why not ride out the high before I sleep?
i woke up at 5:30 this morning, smoked 4bowls in buckets, and fell asleep and had some damn trippy dreams.

Maryland Dude's theory of smoking weed before bed: sober up a little before sleep (an hour or so for me) and you'll wake up fine. Go to bed stoned and you don't sleep well and wake up out of it.
In fact, my main reason for smoking is because of my insomnia -- if I toke a bit around 9ish I can go to sleep by 11 every time. Without tokage, I'm never asleep before 1am.

i think what makes you feel crappy is if you fall asleep with your clothes on. Having clothes on when you sleep wicks moisture out of your body and can make you dehydrated pretty quickly, causing crappy sleep and burnout in the morning. At least that's how it is for me. If I smoke I can go to bed right away as long as i'm in bed and trying to sleep and not just passing out on top of the bed with my clothes on.
I love having just like a dime around, for me, i dont fall asleep easily at all, so i roll a small joint, blaze it and hit the sack, i go right to sleep like a baby, i love weed, fuck countin sheep!

Everynight I need a decent puff (2 or 3 times the normal amount I use to get stoned) used to work very well.. Would get to sleep withing an hour of going to bed.. Without it I would stay up till around 7am even if I went to bed at 10pm.
Lately though it hasn't been working i've had around 14 hours sleep this week and when I do manage to get to sleep around 2 hours after I get people coming over waking me up and shit then it's impossible to sleep. When I don't have weed.. well I try to make sure I always have a session before bed.

I once smoked right before bed and it was a pretty cool experience. I was rapping, spittiing some hot rhymes, but then i'd forget what i thought right after i thought them.

it does make me really tired in the mornin too though,

smoking then going to bed is so good. its also good for wen u have school. wen i smoke before i sleep i get a good nights rest
I smoke before I sleep because it helps me fall asleep earlier than usual, unfortunately it also makes me want about twice as much sleep as usual for the entire day after. I also wake up extremely thirsty and slightly high.

i smoke at least one j evry nite b4 bed,i find it helps me unwind and helps me sleep better!
I've been dry for 2 days, and its no fun, especially when you make a habit of smoking right before bed.
Did i mention I haven't slept for 2 days?
I smoked a hefty amount last night...fell asleep with the weed on my desk...mom came in my room in the morning and almost saw it...pretty scary...thats the only downfall I have ever experienced. Other than that...the dreams are SICK!! Alice In Wonderland aint got shit on my high nocturnal paradises!
same here i find i sleep a lot better when i have a few bowls or a joint before bed and i wake up feeling good and rested then i usally roll over and twist up a dube and get a nice wake and bake goinQuote:
