nobody knows whats wrong?
its hard to tell seing as the walls r purple but the 2nd pic looks like theres some purpleish colour in the stalk. Do u have a fan on them? because plants need a fan to get them moving around, its basicly the equivalent of humans working out, they get wind and move around n get stronger, they need their exercise. it could also be a nutrient problem. if they have been in the same soil for too long all the nutrients eventually get washed out when u water them. u might want to transplant into some fresh soil if thats the case. do u give them chems? i gave one of mine sum stuff called green up thats supposed to root clones and also give ur plant a nutrient boost. however when this nutrient boost was done, i began to see purple kind of veins which i beleive is because 1) they got chem burned and 2) after that big boost, it basicly came dependant on that green up and for a while i didnt know if it would come out of the shock that it went into. Now the stalk that looks purple looks like its proboly a fan leaf, if so, its natural for them to slowly die off so if its a fan leaf i wouldnt worry too much. thats the only things i can think of frum my experience man.

sweet man yeah i have heard of grow up but naw i havnt used any chems except miricalgrow which i stopped using.....wait that cold be the problem i stoped using it at all that could be stress and i do have a fan on them as for soil no i havnt change soil sence it was a baby so ill have to transplant it......thanks for the info man
oh and 1 more thing...when u buy soil, make sure u shop around n find sumthing for tropicals. I buy bails of "PRO MIX", and u can tell this stuff is good because your entire house reeks like the fresh smell of a garden. If ur soil doesnt have that strong aroma to it then u know it doesnt contain very many nutrients at all. this stuff comes in a black plastic bail and lists about 30 chemicals that they mixed in with it specificly for tropicals. hope i helped.
yeah see miracle grow isnt for tropicals. i would definatly consider transplanting. whats gunna happen is when u tip it upside down, ud think all the soil is gunna fall all over the place, but it actually should slide right out of the pot in one peice called the rootball. U will see at the bottom that the roots have probly binded together and this really stunts the growth. 2 days after transplant u should see a pretty nice difference. soil is everythin i would go to ur local hydroponic or garden store and ask if they have soil for tropicals. just pay cash and dont give em a name n u wont have 2 wrry bout them narkin ya er anythin like that which i dout would happen even if u gave them a name becuz they want ur business.
bet
thanks man thats funny cause im headed to homedepot to get some shit so ill keep what you said in mind....thanks again...cheers
no problem man anytime. good luck
ok has been trasplanted into new soil smellin so fresh n so clean clean...lol ok now i just saw somthin when i was re planting my baby when i knoticed that at the bottom of the plant there is 5 leaves then half way up the plant it starts growing only 3 leaf leafs and oh yeah i got one that has 4 lol know i know that one just happened just thought id through that one in
now another thing i was gonna pick up some liquid seaweed but wabted some insider info on what you guys think of it and if its werth the 15 bucks?
thats normal, you will see any different number of leaves. 4 is abnormal but its nuthin to worry about. those 3's will grow into 5s then 7s then 9s and so on. and ive never heard of liquid seaweed so i cant help ya there. u really want to stay with just water as long as u can because as i said u dont want them to become dependant on chems like mine did. i wish i had never messed with chems in the first place as im sure they would be alot healthier if i had of stayed natural. one question for yah, how much bigger is the pot that u transplanted them into compared to the old one? its best to transplant into a pot no more then 1.5x the diameter and depth of the previous, because as i said transplanting into fresh soil is good for them, but u dont wanna go from a small pot to a huge one.
lol yeah man i hear what your sayin...thats funny you say that cause i was thinkin that i went to a pot that was just alittle biggewr and i thought i should of went alot bigger...but guess not and it about 1.5 maybe 2 bigger....well thanks man needed the help and you were there for the saving ill be sure to smoke a blizzy of some regs with ya....lol isnt that lame i should be growin a decent plant but instead i did the pot head thing and said one day....."hey i should try and grow a plant..............and here i am...lol thanks again
