Theives!

Hey, I have a dilemma I shall rant about. I don't like having people over, because I am afraid it will turn into a huge party and stuff will get stolen, cops called, ect. Last friday I had 6 people over and it turned into a large amount of people I didn't know, so I told some of the people to leave and let the core group of friends stay. When we fell asleep a ton of DVDs and lighters and a paintball gun of my sisters were stolen, all from rooms noone was in while asleep. Also out in my garage there were golf clubs, and an air compressor, and antique tools given to my dad by his dad. Thats like, 600 to 700 bucks of merchandise. Now I am grounded for god knows how long (guessing not long as I am 18 now), and I have to make all that money back.

People make me angry.

surely your parents have insurance for theft...eh? and it sounds like the goods taken are worth far more than 6-700 bucks! easily felony theft...are the cops involved? they have to be for it to be covered by ins...

If I was you I would get the friend's you trust & know did not rip you off go & recover your dads stuff.go to their local dealers & ask around,tell everyone the cops are involved.Let everybody know that if they return property its going no further.If that does not work go & beat the fuck out of your supects.Harsh yes,but if you do not do something you will all ways be a victom.I will beat your ass over a dollar if you stole it from me & have been in handcuffs over 10 dollars.Stand up to those punks,everyone hates a thief.

I hate theives...it sucks you got shit nicked off you.....i went to a big party in a field on sat night and everyone was camping n shit.....so i go back to my tent (im sharing with my gf) a couple of hours after arriving and find that someone went through my bag stole my weed, my ginger nuts, all our sleeping covers, all my beers....i was like WTF!!! dicks....but what can you do...ive learnt from my mistakes.

my shit is nothing compared to the stuff that you got nicked...but still we learn the same lesson

i say check out everybody that was in your party, ask your friends and all if they know em, and just go and beat the shit out of them.

im sure you can find out who all was there,and who traded ya dads tools and glubs for budds in time, your stuff will turn up among the thiefs lil circle and apparently somebody you know is in that circle ,rule out no one yet unless they slept next to you

i suppose it's a good thing i used to be a thief...i know all the tricks of the trade. never fall asleep at your own party man, your asking for shit to get stolen. next time you should be more responsible, but i don't recommend a next time. first of all, have a talk with your so-called "friends", chances are they're the ones who invited all the others you don't know...

Ya, well it wasn't a party when I fell asleep. It was this kid who is a friend of a friend, who had friends who invited friends. I vowed not to have a party when 30 bucks of stuff got stolen once, but it just happened.

I am having my friend who knows this friend and me and my bigger more persuasive friends bring lots of people and talk to each person at the party, inviting ourselves to search their cars and houses.

I dont know, some of the stuff stolen the people will just keep and wont end up in a pawn shop, so we have to find it somehow.

Either that, or I need to make a lot of money. It looks like its job time for the Steve.

i see trouble. noone's going to stand aside to let people rummage through their cars and houses. good luck on finding a job.

They will not stand aside, i decided to let my friend have his crazy people do it. They will have better luck than we would. I may not have to find a job, insurance covers everything but 500 bucks worth.
