Regarding Dr. Phil, hate to disagree with you guys but I think the man is brilliant! I may not agree with some of his moralities, but as far as his method of implementing good communication skills and problem-solving, he is truly gifted. What he says does make sense to anyone with any amount of reasoning skills, I agree, however Dr. Phil can actually articulate that logic which most people are intellectually unable to do, and thats where the barrier of communication comes in. Watching him unravel a problem, break it down piece by piece, put it back together while discarding the unnecessary bullshit his guests drone on about that has nothing to do with the core problem, and then presenting it back to them for what it truly is, is really a phenomena to witness.

The canadians should care. and so should the americans. marijuana greneates over 16 billion dollars a year just in the us.if it were legalized it would boost the economies of the u.s. mexico and canada for starters. also our friends across the atlantic. due to the economical boost from hemp and marijuana alone would be enough to boost the economy in total greatly. also the governtment wouldnt have to spend countless billions repressing growth and usage and also jailing "criminals". its a win win situation for everyone. plus the police could be more concerned with more important things like murders gangs and kidnappings. on top of that, almost all of the crime involving marijuana would dissapate.

I am not Canadian but I lived there and I can say since Bush came into office the Cannabis cafe was closed down in Vancouver and I watched several people get arrested directly as a result of the US DEA coming into town and starting shit with the RCMP. I don't know how they do it but they do...The Bush so called "WAR on DRUGS" affects everyone.
