Getting cought?

Is it true that sooner or later you are bound to get cought, either by your parents or by the pigs?

Yeah there should have been a "maybe" option. Oh well. I've only been busted by the cops once, when I had a crumb of weed. I got caught by my parents and by my friends parents (while trying to smuggle a hooka in through his window :D) but those were both funny experiences.

Not necessarily. There are people who smoke their whole lives without getting caught. On the other hand, if you live with people who disapprove of pot and make a habit out of doing it while they're around, you will probably get caught at some point.

Yeah there's no right or wrong answer to that.Some people can hide it their whole life others get caught their first time. That's an odd poll lol. I've never been caught. I'll be moving out within a year and then I shouldn't have to worry about getting caught. Me and my roomate started smoking pot together and are best friends and plan to smoke all the time when we move out.

been smokin for 4 years, have come stupidly close to becoming caught (pigs)...yes, this is how you spell "caught"...i been searched many times and just had the weed in my hand with my hands closed...i told my parents at age 13 that i smoked, but i was just lucky my dad was a serious pot smoker in his day and my mum was a shroom head in hers...so ive never had to hide it from them, and beofre that they had no idea...so it is possible to not get caught...ever

I got caught by my folks smoking up. All they said is tha they can't give me shit for something they use to do. As long as I didn't smoke crack, they never really cared. When I lived there I just had to smoke it outside the house. That was that.

Never been caught by the cops. I never plan to either. I carry little amounts with me at a time. I carry no more than 2g's with me ever. I live in Canada and the laws here are weak. I'd probably get a slap on the wrist and that cop would be tokin my shit up the same night :D

What exactly does it mean to be 'caught'? Just the act of your smoking attracting the attention of some authority figure and resulting in a consequence or punishment?

I guess you could say I have been 'caught' a few times, but you also have to consider the circumstances. For example my parents 'caught' me smoking in my room once, as in they came home, smelled pot in my room and accussed me of smoking it. They snooped around a little and found nothing incriminating and by morning the situation had been dropped. (This and the countless number of times I have come home smelling of a peculiar sweet, skunky smoke. Just cigarette smoke, right.)
A teacher 'caught' me smoking on the side of the gym one day at school (not sure if he knew exactly what I was smoking) and threatened to notify my administrator, I denied it, walked off and faced nothing.
As you can see in my personal experiences, authorities have suspected me of having smoked pot so to speak but in the end nothing came of it.

On the other hand, I have friends who have been caught, undeniably, by parents or police resulting in arguments, court dates, imprisonment, probation, forced transfers to different states, attempted drug intervention and rehabilitation.

Thus in my eyes I have yet to be caught. I stand as the only one of all people I have done drugs with in the past couple years that has not been caught resulting in chaos.

ive known many people that have never been caught by the police or thier parents..my parents never noticed i smoked wed till i was 13-14 yrs old ..all they said was keep it away from my younger siblings..i have been caught by the police but only when doing somthing stupid [ driving drunk while in possesion of weed] and i had a alleged friend rat me out to the cops so he could get a lesser charge[ i hate fucking snitches] but i think most people never have prob.s with the police..and unless thier parents are complete idiots they have few problems with mom and dad finding thier stash.

if you actually think about it, you're bound to be caught at some point by someone, no matter how careful you are..at some point you are bound to slip up....or someone's bound to come barging in when you least expect it....only question is, who will catch you?

Everytime I've even come close to getting caught it was because of someone elses carelessness. I suppose I will get careless at some point, hopefully by then I will be in a safer life situation.
