Why not
Anti depressants are EVIL and should be avoided but doctors seem to think they are the answer to all your problems, which is bulls**t, they get too many back handers from pharmacutical companies to prescribe their products and fuck up your mental health even more!!!
I know I was that gullable person who took them and ended up off work and no use to anybody for 6 months.
It's worth changing your diet and only eating fresh fruit and veg etc...(i know it sounds shit) and cutting out processed food full of additives, I've done this and I feel great( i have done for months) even after caning the green the previous evening!! :)
do you seriously think that the companies that make the medicines are trying to help you?! all they're doing is reminding you of your so called "disease", thus allowing you to believe that they're is something wrong.
it's all in your head man. fix that shit yourself.
If you wanna get high off of it, you're outta luck (it's psychotropic not psychoactive) although if you take a lot you can have some preety serious convulsions and sickness. although, If you have it prescribed to you at a low dose you're really not gonna notice anything (besides maybe a twinge of happiness).

Depression has been around since the beginning of mankind. There are natural ways to get over it. People just look for a quick fix. Notice they are pushing drugs on TV all the time! Telling you that you need these drugs if something is wrong with you! lol. It's total bullshit. Acid reflux wasn't a fucking disease 20 years ago it was called heartburn! Now it's magically called a disease so now they have all sorts of drugs for this "disease". It usually has something to do with the persons diet and the amount of acid they have or dont have. It can be fixed naturally. Or you can spend thousands and be on pills for your whole life even though you dont even need them.

i used to be prescribed celexa. It wont get you high. Anti-depressants are a fucking joke,.
I found FLEUXOTINE hydrochloride worked very well and gave me that Get up and Go I was previously lacking!..
...Everyones different but they Assisted me in rehabilitating!
Lexapro (the single-isomer of Celexa) has worked wonders for me. My doc told me that if you dont have a serotonin imbalance, then anti-depressants will not do anything for you. I must have had a serious imbalance because I definitely noticed a huge difference within the 1st week, more than I ever expected from the medication. And I certainly wasn't expecting to get high as that is not the point of the medication.
The only negative side effect Ive had is lethargy. Initially it was pretty annoying, but now its not as bad. Its a side-effect Im willing to live with given the positives Ive experienced from this medication.
I take Antidepressants on a regular basis (Lexapro, Remeron). They help me a lot.
As far as getting high off of them, I've never heard of anyone trying that before, but it's a stupid idea. You can overdose.
Eveyone is entitled to their own opinion about anti-depressants. I take Lexapro and welbutrin and if I forget to take one of them for a couple days I totally notice a difference in my emotions. I have no problem with the fact that I will need to take these pills for the rest of my life. But they don't make me high. They make me normal. And if I can take a pill and it makes me NOT want to kill myself, then I think it's a good thing.
