ok so those of you that saw my website b4 i knew it was not up 2 par so i have bin busy in my little potting shed trying to amend myself and im almost there ive done a major revamp on the site now its completly different but still not finished so i would like you to just have a quick look on there 4 me an tell me what i could do to make it better this would be a big help 4 me thanks

It would be nice if you could read the text.. text WAy too small, white on black is good though...imho that is as far as I went, when you post you fixed it I'll try again...peace
I like the flash....latewoods right about the text....its looking good tho :D
I absolutely hate animated ads, even worse you're plugging your own site with an animated ad. Blah. Content would be nice, but the design (aside from that stupid ad) is clean enough, I found it easy to read and find what content there was.

I love it man, only problem is the text is a bit small.. someone already mentioned that though. And yea, I would take off the white flashes on your intro and also on your banner, and don't plug your own site on the main page.
