Well I still havn't hit from a bong yet (started smoking in Jan) because I live on campus and so I have to smoke in the car, but I am going camping in a couple weeks for my b-day and I'm sure someone will have one so I was just wondering what kind of tips and advice you guys might have for me?
shit... i rember my first bong hit...wow that shit was amazing, no one told me how to do it i just watched as each person took a hit. just dont clear the chamber hella fast. if u dont take it easy you will cough for a while and not wanna take another hit the next time... cuz i did that and couldnt stop for like half an hour and by then they had already smoked most of the weed. and were playing x-box (wow its been a year since my first bong hit.) and 2 years to day since i started smoking weed
just put your finger over the little hole, you should be able to spot it, if not ask where the "choke/carb" is, keep you finger on it, suck fast to build up smoke in the chamber, then inhale as much as you think you can at a reasonable speed with your finger off of the choke, just watch other people too

Yeah I did mean a bubbler (my friend calls it his water bowl) and also I'm not a he thank you very much.
your welcome very little ;) ,yeah it is,i dont remember my first bong hit,but i know i like bongs enough to make them all the time(i don't keep most of my homemade bongs it's just fun to make them,like my latest,it's a 15 inch ceantie(sp?)bottle with a twisted stem and vines on the twist and a shot glass as the bowl :) )they give the best stone IMO,but some people like other utinsils,take it's slow and easy,it's like hitting a bubbler only you have to pull a little harder.

wait, dont you live on campus? why dont you just smoke in your dorm? i had orientation early in this summer, im gonna be a freshman at umass amherst, and like 6 of us smoked on our first night there

Do not cough in it. LOL um... Dont take to big of a hit. That's all I can think of.
heres some advice: dont cough or blow into the mouthpeice. when emptying the bowl, dont tilt it upside down. and use crushed ice and water.
Bongs rule. Take the hit slow thats all I got to say.
I actually live in an on campus apartment but it is at a military college so we aren't even aloud to smoke or drink on campus. They are very strict here. Hell males are supposed to sign in before they come to our apartment and have to leave after 10pm. We have tried smoking joints in the bathroom before but the whole apartment smelled for a couple of days and then we were afraid that the other rooms could smell it because of the ventilation being hooked together. Thus this is why we don't have a bong and why I have never hit from one before. And why we hide out in parkinglots with joints, blunts or bowls.Quote:

Then have a fan thats blowing out the window and blow your smoke through a toilet paper roll thats filled with dryer sheets into the back of the fan and it will blow it out the window.
