Cops got bored so...

So I'm sittin after 2 bowls of nice cali-homegrown rollin around in my own head just chillin and bumpin some Kottonmouth Kings. I'm happy as can be off in never never land and next thing i hear is *knock knock* "Sheriff's department open up!"

I go open my door and they're sittin with their hands on their guns like they gonna take down Hannibal Lecter then one of em is like "your neighbor called us complaining about the noise, she says you woke her up with your music." I thought the dude was kiddin and so i laughed and started to shut the door and dude says "oh no son im serious can we come in?" I told him not unless hes got a warrant so he gives me a fuckin ticket...motherfucker gives me a ticket for a noise disturbance when i could barely hear my music at the front door haha

God damn i hate when cops get bored...gotta pick on the stoner...FIGHT THE POWA!!!

a mighty $60...how desperate must a cop get so he writes out a $60 ticket??

sounds to me like they were just responding to a call from your bitchy neighbor. Blame her, not the cops. Its not like they were just sitttin around and were like "hey lets go to some random dude's house and make up some shit about a noise disturbance.

yea. man call like the health depatment esp if at least 10 of those cats come in the house or if they shit in your back yard. or just get a handy lil pelte gun and shoot a few make them into hamburgars and hot dogs then invite her over for a BBQ. man i should do that with my neabhors dog.

some strategicly placed roofing nails near her car tires will even the score i would suggest doing it someplace like the corner store instaed of the place were you live so just keep a hand full in your car and next time you see her car parked at the store let er have it you should also be able to get the cops name off the ticket and from there maybe find his addy in the phone book i had problems with a cop neighbor a few years back and after he replaced about 3-4 tires he started to leave us alone good luck and sorry bout the ticket but i would not let them get away with this no god dang way

Well I'll be daggumed ! Yet another classic example of a liberal mind-set ! But for you having your music turned up loud enuff to disturb your neighbor,you wouldn't have got the cops called on you.

I gotta tip for ya,git yerself some good headphones..then you can turn up the music as loud as you want ! Even if the cops smelled marijuana and didn't say anything,doesn't mean that they haven't made a mental note of it and they will lay in wait for a chance to bust ya..so you best lay low and be careful..don't make it easy for the cops.

As for your neighbor,it sounds like she's a cat hoarder and you would be justified in calling the SPCA and reporting her.

If you re-read the story,he says that the cops had their hands resting on the pistols..not drawn. When cops respond to a noise complaint or a domestic violence call,they don't know what's on the other side of the door and they would be smart to have their weapons ready for anything.

I once had a cop,pull his gun on me and my family,after I drove around a street construction barrier and a city employee said that I tried to run him over,I was drove slowly around the barrier and didn't even come that close to the city employee..I was taking my daughter to the bathroom at Jack-in-the-Box,and that's where the cops surrounded me and one of them pointed a gun at me..that was way out of line,in my opinion and pissed me off mightily..was the cop justified in drawing his weapon ? Maybe..but if you're a cop,you never know whom you will face and whether or not-they are armed..or dinged out on hard drugs or wasted on alcohol.

I find that the tactical approach of the cops,was somewhat lacking,one cop should have stood back out of the possible line of fire,in order to protect his partner better..but then,I'm a veteran,with a soldier's mind-set,and can't help but to think that way.

Torog...its kinda funny to read soemone say to turn your music down, i had it the same volume since i went to sleep, and its not even high enough to make it to my front door, cops showed up my music was at the same volume as it was for the last 10+ hours. I spose youd also be one to say that people shouldnt be allowed to smoke in public either cuz somene might not like it, America man its a real bitch huh?
