and it was crazy, after doing it once then posting this, me and sasha smoked another bowl so we could do it again. I started doing it but i couldnt really get comfortable. Then next thing i know i wake up and its 4:16am, did it at like 12:30(esitmate) So instead of getting just my body asleep my mind went to sleep too and i lost control. Im gonna try it again sometime tonight.

Yes. For more information about this check out my Dreaming FAQ. You will find most herbs, vitamins, amino acids, minerals and drugs that help you dream more and recall your dreams better. They might even cause you to have a Lucid Dream. To summarize; herbs like Valerian, Mugwort, Mullein, Kava Kava, Dittany of Crete, St. Johns Wort, Calea Zacatechichi, Salvia Divinorum, Scutellaria Indica, Licorice Root, Vervain, Jasmine, Honeysuckle, Datura, Bee Pollen, Catnip, Hops, Scullcap, Mimosa, Lavender, Damiana, Withania Somnifera, Passionflower, Chamomile, Cardamom, Gotu Kola, Ginkgo Biloba, Ibogaine, Verbena, Rose, Cinnamon, Marigold, Nutmeg, Peppermint, Holly, Yarrow and Anise may help you dream more, recall more or even have a Lucid Dream. I downloaded and will try after I smoke one.
My dreams are fairly vivid as it is, long in duration and in full color...I love it! I have had several lucid dreams. Ussually if I don't wake up when I realize I am dreaming I start to test limits, I know I can do anything I want, but ussually it involes picking something up and smashing it against the wall, like a couch or somenting. Other times I fly. If you are thinking about natural things to help with lucid dreaming the best thing I have taken is the Calea Zacatechichi, I was also using percocet at the time and I am sure those had an effect.

Well we'll see how it goes.

I tried it yesterday but was too stoned and tired to follow it 100%. I felt the body numbness after a little while, it felt like I was spinning through a see of black clouds or something. But once the dialogue ended I was just bored listening to ambience so it obviously hadn't worked. :( Dang!

Gonna try again some time this week. I looked up the links and am also gonna try to teach myself how to lucid dream. An dealer of mine did that over time and found it a pretty crazy ability. :eek:

Its getting harder not to drift to sleep, i literally have to tell myself to stay awake, so i will have a lucid dream.

Lucid dreams isent fun....especially when you arent expecting it. Scared me shitless to go back to sleep. :(

1.) are you supposed to actually sleep ( i was thinking about doing it tonight when i'm sleepy )
2.) what's this about you having to keep your eyes open?
3.) i have it on itunes... how can i burn it to a cd to try later tonight when i'm lying on my bed or sofa etc.?

Yes its best done laying down. You kind of sleep, i usually end up falling asleep. But your really suppose to let your body sleep well your mind is still awake dreaming, and your aware of it. And no you keep your eyes closed the whole time. Think of flying, and visuals a spirit moving out of your body, and its just awesome. :D

It worked I HAD A LD!!!11 Not by that gay thing though. At first it started out I was getting a Handjob then I was in a spoof of Age of empires 2. A Skull with a rube on came and attacked me but then, I thought he cant do shit I'm dreaming. Then I couldnt' control stuff anymore I started to fly but then everything got clear and I started spinning. Then It got dizzy and I got to excited and woke up. When the skull came at me that's when I found out I was dreaming.

No, Ive been trying to since July 4th. This one only lasted 5-7 seconds though.

Man that work I was nice and stoned and super tired so I put that on and followed the steps and it was amazing I totoaly lost track of time. I would go into a dream like state then the guy would start talkin about bring me back until the end when I fell asleep.
