need some help

Ok I have an important question to ask.....My old homie which we are still friends but not very close just hangout in school rarely out of school. well he knows his shit about growing and i have already smoked some of his shit. well he has never done hydro but he does have some friends that do know their fair share. well he wants me to spend 400$ on a hydro system called the rainforest and he will grow it and in turn give me free bud. he already has blueberry and ak-47 seeds and after i get an ounce the system will pretty much pay for itself since an o around here of chron costs 350 and he will keep giving me bud. he is notorious for ripping some people off even though im pretty sure he wont rip me off cause like ive trusted him with money before like 100$ and he has always came thru. i guess the question is should i trust him. and what if he fucks me over.

First rule about growing: Trust NO ONE

You said he's known for ripping people off, that's one clue not to do it. You don't know him very well, another clue, and if he wants to grow it, tell him to buy his own fuckin system.

He's out to get ya man, trust me. You have to buy the equipt. and all you get is an ounce? You want something done right, do it yourself. Don't trust anyone unless you can really trust them. By the sounds of it, you're going to get ripped off, he'll keep the equipt. after you buy it and totally tell you to fuck off. If the guy wants to grow dope, he can do it himself.

Get your own system, and grow yourself. Fuck being the middle man. The only plus thing that come out of this is not getting caugt.

You spend $400 on equipt. sell an ounce for $350(not around here, ya fuckin right!), lose $50 profit plus he will keep that equipt of yours and grow tons more dope making even more money. So he has to do nothing and get most of the profit while you spend $400 an equipt.?? Not smart thinking man, sorry to say, but I would have told him to fuck off. You're losing money, big time.

Im sorry, i dont think i explained this clearly enough. he will give me more than an ounce im just saying after he gives me an ounce it will almost pay itslef off. also i do know the kid as we used to be best friends just now we are just friends. not that i would ever do it but he knows that he can get in a shit load of trouble for selling and growing he wouldnt rip somebody off that could put him in jail. and just to make it clear i would never rat on him but im just saying if he ripped me off i know he would worry about me doing it so chances are that he wouldnt.
