how did you get into using pot? got any stories?
i just started because my sister used to smoke weed and we just kept passing it to each other, and when she stopped using pot, i just kept draggin puffs from friends, so which is why i barley know the herb itself. so yeah how did you get started? :)

An hour later and a foil toilet paper roll pipe later and I was hooked.

I too got started by my sister. The first time...well i dont remember anything exept we were in this womens closet (we lived with her for alittle bit) and we smoked out of her nasty bowl. I took a hit and i dident like the taste (It was a metal peice). Then your guess is as good as mine :confused: :D
The secound time my sis (her names rebecca but i call her becky) becky begged me to get high again i said no and she started hugging me and saying "pweaseeeeeeee?" and i gave in so she took me out into the woods and loaded this bong she'd made out of a soda bottle. The smoke tatsed a lot better and when we finished 2 bowls we started to walk down to the beach but i knew if we stayed out too long we'd get in trouble so we went back. I chilled in her room and ate about 7 white chocolate chunk cookies :D
I laughing at absolotlly nothing and my sister was about to piss her pants just watching me. Everything i said wasent coming out right and then becky started to say sumthing and that wasent coming out good either. And then i passed out. :D
haha i was really relaxed after hitting. that first joint made me just lay down and think about my problems .
I was on the way to chuckie cheese for my brothers 17 birthday and he and his friend where smoking and i hit it. we have had a special bond since then lol
Well i always kinda wanted to but never knew anything about it. The people at my bus stop would usually smoke in the morning and always blow the smoke towards, me kinda secretly tho lol i swear one day i was contact high.(that was before i ever smoked, oh and i looked like a stoner long before i was one, so ppl always assumed i smoked even tho i didnt) Anyways it was a few months over a year ago. And i was in 4th period and this chick, named katie was stoned in class. And shes like of course im not, and so im like of course i dont do drugs... and then shes like oh you do, and im like umm sure all the time. And so eventually she invites me over to get stoned with this other chick. So lol we are riding home on the bus and im like just to let you know i lied and ive never actually smoked. Shes like well ur stupid for lying but w/e. So we go there and get freezy pops and go to her room. We go into her closet im all the way at the back, then rachel(other chick) is next to me and katie is near the door of the closet. So we sit in there. It was a glass pipe with a carb. So she takes a hit, then rachel takes hers, about dies. Then i take mine and dont cough at all. The bowl goes around enough times so i take 2 more hits. Then we go out of the closet. her room was a trip, i just remeber staring at shit and trippin out, and then she would yell at me and be like "STOP IT!" STOP TRIPPING OUT!" that kinda pissed me off cuz i was just trying to enjoy mself. Then we watched lion king and i had to leave like an hour after getting stoned. So my parents pick me up and we go to the china king buffet, God i was in heavan, i ate sooo much but i dont even remeber it. And my parents didnt even know i was stoned, and i know my eyes were red as shit, haha yeah good shit, good times. , OH and i loved it from that day foward.
I got really drunk and smoked with someone, ended up throwing up but that I blame on mixing. Ever since weed has been my drug of choice.

way back when I was at school.(15+yrs ago).
I done surfing for my school sport.(not football or baseball).
and the older guys who done surfing for sport used to roll joints on the Bike ride on the way to the Beach from school.
I was in my first year of high school and was riding behind these older Guys.
(Ross clarke jones and sasha stoker) Both pro surfers now.
and they were somking some Filth.
and offered me a few tokes..
OMG.
I was soo smashed it wasnt funny.
I couldnt go surfing.
I had to tell the supervising teacher that I felt sick all of a sudden and didnt want to spew in the water.
so He let me sit on the Beach stoned Off my guts.
Laughing HARD at all the wipe outs.
He was the Surfy teacher and Im sure he knew..:(
And from then on the rest is history...:D

haha yeah, noosaheads, i got a teacher who is a surfer... and that teacher tokes, only us students know thought its so funny when some of us kids are faded in the middle of class, while the teacher is faded as well and cant teach. lol
well, i had wanted to smoke for a while. one time i was in the car with two of my friends who were smoking a joint, and that was my first time to be around weed being smoked. i wanted to hit it, but i was kinda nervous because i never had before, and i had to be home kinda soon. so i passed that time.
but then i regretted not smoking so the next time my friends were mentioning toking i was like "hey give me a call tonite" so they did and we smoked schwagg out of an empty beer can. i only got one hit and it was my first time.
so the next weekend we went to a local pop-punk/emo-ish show and smoked a bowl on the way. that was the first time i had smoked out of glass, so i didn't realize how the carb worked. once i figured it out i got a few big hits and was stooooned for the first time. that was a great show by the way.
a few days later (show was on saturday, and we didn't have school on that monday for some holiday, but there was a battle of the bands that nite) i went to a different friends house and we smoked like 6 bowls and that was definitely my first real session. my friend who i didn't smoke with that very first time was in the first place band. i felt proud. he was wearing a shirt i got for him :-D
then my birthday came around and i got some weed for a birthday present. i started toking regularly after that.
then the weekend after my b-day we went to chuck-e-cheese for my party and ausman smoked with me for his first real time. we've been stoners ever since
Same here. The day I started was after a week of really bad insomnia. I was feeling really drained all week, and I went to hang out with some friends I hadn't seen in a while. I suppose they're in the "goth" category, but I like them because they're not stupid about it and just like wearing the clothes. Anyways, one of the guys pulls out some weed and is like "we're going to smoke some on the porch!". So, I was naturally curious. They didn't have a pipe or anything, so out of desperation they made a water bong out of some tinfoil, a jar, a turkey baster and a bread bag. Only problem with that (and I still find this hilarious for some reason) is that there was a piece of bread STILL IN THE BREAD BAG, while were were smoking up.Quote:

in my science class in 9th grade there was this kid brian who i was friends with and i knew he smoked and shit and i guess i was just curious and wanted to try it so he came over one day and we left and walked to mcdonalds or something and he called the big town dealer at the time (bfeore his house got raided :( ) and bought an eigth of some good nug, i rember feelin so excited as he was in the car with the dealer thinkin i was all bad and shit lol, so after he got the weed we looked at it and walked to the nearest wooded area and we started smoking out of a highlighter pipe which hit quite well actually, i think we smokd 3 or 4 bowls and i dont rember if i felt it or not but i remberr as we walked out of the woods a cop car drove by and that scared the shit out of me lol...but turned out i loved it and did it for like 4 days straight with the same kid at the same place...i still rember feeling a lil hazy during those first few days of school after smoking..it was nice!....and mynameismik...what part of texxas you at? where i live there are always a bunch of emo shows on

i went round to my best mate at the times house and her sister smoked.....so we put some in a pipe and toked away....i bounced around on her bed for about 10 mins and then just lay there like wooaaahhhh
i was 12 or 13...hell i don't even remember. anyway, i was staying over at a friend's house one day. his parent were both at work and we were just sitting around the house being bored. out of nowhere, he's like ''hey, my stepdad smokes weed, you wanna get some of it and smoke it?'' so i'm like ''sure!''. so we go and raid this dude's stash and smoke a few pretty good sized roaches. i was sooooooooooooo baked. after we got high, my friend asks if i wanna go over to the corner (two houses away) to the store and steal some munchies. being the paranoid little bastard that i was, i refused, but offered to walk with him. well, this dumbshit decides to go thru the neighbors' backyards to get there. so we're climbing fences to get to the store, invading backyards the whole way there....and this huge ugly dog comes running out of the corner of one of the yards barking his ass off. my friend gets scared and tries to clear the fence and ends up hanging horizontally by his pants leg and his t-shirt. the dog was on the other side of the fence trying to eat my buddy, and i'm rolling on the ground laughing my ass off at the look on his face. we eventually make it to the store, where he steals a bag of corn nuts and tries to talk me into doing the same. i'm like ''fuck that dude, i'm not going to jail for a bag of corn nuts!'' we get outside, where there JUST HAPPENS to be a cop driving past, and the first though in my mind is ''holy shit, he knows!! we are going DOWN!!!" so we both get super paranoid and take off hauling ass back across the fences and get back to his house...chill for awhile laughing at stupid shit, and then fall asleep. crazy first experience, but it was really fun.
my neighbor hood friends all had older brothers who thought it would be fun to get us kids high [ i was 10 my buddy's 10-12] this was in the early 70's so most every one was gettin high any way we never thought twice

I was very, very strongly against it for a very long time. I remember swearing to my mom that I'd never do it, that it's stupid. I'd tell my best friend she should stop smoking weed because it's illegal, it's bad. I also said she shouldn't drink. She shouldn't need that stuff. Well, that was when I had NO life at all. I was a loner because I thought it was cool, and I was suicidal and I suffered from depression. I think I'm rambling. Anyway, okay, so my friend only smoked once every couple weeks. I thought that was terrible.
One day, it was in my Sophomore year, it was coming to an end. I woke up and, literally, just said...I wanna try weed. I guess I had a dream that influenced me that I don't remember?
Anyway, so I had my friend come over and she bought a dime bag for the two of us. We didn't have a pipe back then so we made one out of a Diet Pepsi can and smoked an entire dime. She had to leave. I remember staring at the light on the wall from the computer screen and that it had a rainbow color thing going on. It was really beautiful, almost...awe-inspiring. I listened to some music, but I don't remember what. Then...I woke up the next morning feeling utterly fantastic. The best I'd felt in 7 years.
Been smoking since.

I had wanted to smoke for a while and i kept bagging my adult friend to get me a bag and he never did so one day i was just riding around with him my other friend and my sister and he told us to wait in the car while he went into this house to get something so we were chillin in the car and he came out with a 1/8 of kind bud so i started laughing cuz i couldnt belive he accualy got some so we drove for like10 minuits till we reached the woods and we walked past this lake and over old rail road tracks way back in the woods and we all toked up and since then i have loved weed

*10 minutes and one cigaweed later*

My cousin and her 2 friends got me started last year. We were all in Katie (my cousin) car and going to Katy Rose's concert. Well we got near the arena and she drove off behind this building and well the rest is history. The concert was the first one I'd ever gone to and I was stoned outta my mind. The thing is that music is just so very cool high, you really hear the lyrics in a whole new way.
i was with some friends and we just sat there and smoked but nothing happend and then the next weekend i smoked again and i was so damn high i was hooked from day one and i decided to stay high everday

last summer on the first day me and my friend were bored. I suggested we try pot. 5 mins later we were stoned.
on my 16th birthday (last october) my friend had tryed weed alot of times and i was so against it and so was the girl i was seeng. but i decided to stay over my friends cousins house for my birthday. they wanted to get weed from this kids house down the street (who is a main dealer in my town) so i was like "maby i should try it befor i talk shit on it". then a few more kids i knew showd up at my friends cousin. so a few of us walked to the dealers house to pick up 3 fat joints worth. we get back, go in the cousins basement, and roll. when we were done, and there were about 8 people there, we went out to his garage and formed a circle. sence it was my birthday and 1st time i got duces and shotguns the whole time i think from this guy i dident knowand was sketchy about at first. but after tyhat i was like "this dude is cool" and realized the unity that weed brings to people. after we burned the 3 we went back into the kids house and i triped goin up his stares and started felling funky and realized i was stoned for the first time and laughed.so we playd madden football on ps2. and my friend kept saying "this is buuullsheet" kuz he was looseing and made me crack up. then got the munchies and ate a bagged half loaf of bread i found under the carped, haha it was still good as far as i remember. after that i passed out by a heater and sleped for like 11 hours, woke up feeling AWSOME, and went home. dient smoke up till like four months ago until i started hangin with this weed fiend in his basement like every day almost then stoped hangin with him cuz i realized he smoked so mutch (but he taught me alot) then started chillin with this girl who was new in town and drove around smoking bowls in her car......after that i started conecting and smoking with alot of different people and bieng alot more motivated. i also broke up with my current girlfriend for maryjane and she was two faced and not rite for me. and yesterday i smoked 11 bowls and massive blunt and got as high as i;'ve ever been so far, with my friends cousin again that i smoked with for my first time. will be smoking more my pase soon though and not so mutch, but i'm currenetly going to move soon and will be puffing clouds in georgia somwere. i'm actually stoned now to haha
My friend Dale was always talking about pot and the high's he had been on (he was 17 and I was 13) so he got me into it, I had started researching it alot and decided I wanted to try it. So for nearly a month we did nothing but try to find someone who would give us weed because we we're completely poor and did'nt know any dealers because he just moved to the area and I had never tried to get pot, although I had the image I never really got a chance to try it as nobody ever offered. My brother smoked alot of pot and would'nt let me try any, but one day me and my buddy Dale went to his house at like 10:00 pm and we're like hey! Can you smoke some 'marijuana' with us. He had just feasted on a large bag of mushrooms with his girlfriend, and so he was pretty leaniant. I took one big hit from the bong and choked it out-I was smashed. We walked to the liqour store (my brother, his lady friend, my friend Dale and me). I remember being fascinated with street lights and being dis-oriented, then we found our way there, I chugged a beer which made me nice and tipsy (was and still is a drinking lightweight as I rarely do it) than made my journey home. Fun times.
i just tried it once in 6 th grade and got hooked now i cant go thorugh a day without getting high
earlier in the summer with my cousins. It was so fucking fun.
I've heard alot of people say that the first time they got high was with their cousins, I wonder why..

i think i used to talk about it when i was...about 12 and one day i think my best mate at the time just called me and said i got some weed....wanna come round...she lived literally about a 15 second run away...so i ran there did a pipe...bounced around for about 10 mins and then just sat there zoned...and that was the bigginning
