that stoners will accept anything that is handed to them whilst high. Seriously, try it, if you go to your fellow stoned friend and pass them an old dirty sock or a chewed bit of gum then they will take it and question why like an hour later.

He thinks whatever that is in his hand is the lighter and he passes it to me haha its funny tho
