sorry friend but i think your too much abusing bout deleting threads... i mean u deleted thread and u said it wasnt in the "subject" or whatever. anyway im not concerned bout this but just wanted to know if there were real explanations of your deletements

I locked a few threads, and I stated my the reasons for that decision there.
whatever i still think your abusing. its not coz u post something bout narcotics, or bout your parents stash, or whatever that your thread have to be deleted. i mean wtf. its a cannabis.com site. ppl have the freedom to talk about what they want...

I only saw one locked thread beacuse if beeblebrox,and that one was meant to be locked. If ur talking about the narcotics that had to do the morphine thing, del... deleted that. Most people don't appreciate that out of control posts hurt the site and the message board users. The mods play an important role, and I'm OK with locking threads/ deleting posts. Most people just don't know the guidelines, and since we have lots of freedom, and assume that anything goes. I vote to give the mods a raise !!!

No, we can't possibly read every thread. But we try to catch things as we spot them. It would be helpful if members would email a staff member whenever they see a questionable thread or post. I'm going to see if we can get the Report Post button to work, finally.Quote:

I did not read the threads but look at it from the site/communitys/owners point of view, if the cops are looking on this site and want to shut it down, all it needs is posts on taking hard drugs and stealing and such then it could well be taken down

well, i don't really have a problem with beeblebrox dude either, nor am trying to start shit, nor am i trying to say he's ABUSING his power but it does seem (could just be the layed back style that i've seen around here for so long) that he is over doing it a bit...i mean yea the posts that have beeen deleted/closed deserved it and all and should be according to the rules but 4 or 5 posts closed/deleted in just a couple of days after none whatsoever for so long does seem pushing it a bit....but hey i ain't got no problem with it, or him lol. so i could see where mellow mood is comin from.

Yep, that and we approve new users and do other administrative duties, like answer questions from members. Our primary job is to keep the board running smoothly and ensure that nothing puts it in any legal jeopardy.

Ive had a run in with beeblebrox in the past but i rekon hell make a good mod and why isit when people change from a user to a moderator ppl take time gettin used to it. I think ppl just need to get used to him bein a mod, i don't think he's abusin his power maybe he just likes to moderate the way he thinks is best which is cool. The mods do a good job, without them we'd have noob's flooding the forums with crap. He and the other mods all bring somit new to the table and that should be welcomed.
