he fired me from his bar because the other night i was workin an 1 of my friends calls me up an says u wanna smoke an i said yeah come by an i went an toked up out back wit him then i let him in an we had a few beers in the back room an my uncle got pissed an then he called me an said he didnt need me any more so im screwed lol im jus goin2 have 2 rob a bank or somethin gota get som weed money shit this sucks i get fired from every god damb job an it always has 2 do with weed

the guy who was manager before me never smoked AT work, but once he got arrested on his dinner break for smoking, and my owner didn't care... she just called me in and a few weeks later the other guy got fired for closing 4 hours early, so i got promoted :D
i'm with the first three posters...it's your fault...even if he is your family he can still face consequences should you be caught by the wrong people....i'd do the same thing, i wouldn't care how much you smoked or what drugs you did ON YOUR OWN TIME.....but on my time you'd better be doing shyt by the book and legal...

Well when i used to work at this grocery store, i would always go out back and burn a spliff, or a blunt, with my boys(we all got jobs there when it first opened) One day we're rollin a next blunt, and our boss, who none of us know outside of work comes out. Stares at the blunt. We're all trippin out from the first blunt, he walks over, "Let me take a few hits on that" We just started laughing and he hit it a couple times, and we kept on doin it for weeks and weeks. But then I got fired for not coming to work for like a week lol anyways, if your uncle doesn't want you smoking on the job, don't smoke on the job, and if you're still gonna smoke, don't be a fuckin dumbass when doing so. Always have visine. That's it. The smoke alone will disguise the smell. So go buy some visine, and only go outside when you ask, and just tell hiim you're goin for a cigarette. If he doesn't like you smoking cigarettes, he can't fire you. Don't give him any reasons to fire you, like going outside for 10 minutes, without him knowing, and coming back in, with closed, bloodshot eyes..........just think...

i do wash dishes there im 17 and im not old enough 2 be a bartender or ne thing yet i just do stuff around the bar like mop up an wash dishes an shit an its definetly not a good or eazy job ive had 2 clean the bathroom after a night of dudes drinkin an pissin an shitin all over there.now im not tryin 2 start fightin with any one here im jus tryin 2 tell u i need a blunt every once an awhile and i thought id be ok so i fucked up a little it happens 2 everyone once an awhile

me and my homies want to start a car garge when we get money and are colifed to do so. we all desided when that happens when we are working for our selfs we are going to blaze when the customers arent around be sides it wouldnt only be for body repair and motor repair and shit like thatit would have hand done decals and shit. im more artisic when high.
