Anti Drug commercials and Freevibe.com lies

Hello members.
it seems that we cannot get away form the anti-drug commercials here in America. In their efforts to target teens freevibe is now buying up the MAD TV air spots and ruining my laughs and buzz all at the same time. www.freevibe.com are the ones responsible and here is a little excert from their web page about "The Facts on Marijuana".

I understand that it is very important to teach your children the facts about marijuana but these people are printing lies and getting away with it. ..so it looks like many film makers got a grant from the government .. and made their demo reels..lol ...what a cheap way to get in....the government will provide the money for you to make a anti drug commercials..but since they are the clients you have to shoot to their agenda..umm this means many of these guys made bank and proceeded to finance their own film projects,,,,..bastards,,,,,,umm nah ill wait till its legal and make a tv commercial of a brand name marijuanettes..........cool....yes all lies..filthy bastards ......yes sir.......roll camera...and action.......the element tokes on a J..blows the smoke out.into the camera,.......and cut...........back to one ......oh and this time, blow a little more smoke towards the camera please.........

Wow that sickens me.I see the commercials on television and they depict pot-smokers as very evil people.Ever see the one where there is a carload of black kids at a fast food joint smoking a blunt?The guy pulls out and hits a little girl on a bicylcle.That shit angers me.I got a statistic for free-vibe.Their commercials make it 5 times more likely to put a bullet in in the head of their owner if i ever see him.Godamn,ignorance,surely is a debilitating disease.I am going to "contact them",and let them know how i feel.

Yeh damn man. Anybody ever notice that Hollywood movies funded by private beneficiers NEVER portray people who smoke dope the same way these gov. sponsored commercials do? Sure you have movies like half-baked with a drugged out stoner every once in a while but thats about it. They mustve realised true smokers would have called them out on their bullshit.

The best anti-drug propaganda EVER is "Reefer Madness", a movie made in the 30's that portrays the "evils" of Marijuana use. My favorite quote in that is " and did you hear about the 16-year-old who murdered his entire family-with an axe- who was a reefer addict?"

Ignorance is disgusting. We need to hire some damn scientists that will run ACTUAL (not government-sanctioned) tests. We'll release the truth. Personally, I wouldn't EVER listen to what someone else would say about what to do or not do. I have to see the actual, concrete results themselves, not just "a test says that.." I'd like to see their goddamn test results.

MAD TV/FOX needs their butts kicked for selling the spot to freevibes to begin with. FOX TV knows people are home and wanting to have a good time and needing a few laughs between their murderous rampages and looting runs and sucidial thoughts.

We do need a "grassroots" org. to go after these companies that put out this type of fake propaganda and lies. We need to bombard them right back with e-mails and anything we can to make their jobs pure hell. This is nothing more than slandering honest everyday hard working citizens of the USA. They should not be allowed to get away with it. To think if all that money was put back into drug rehab centers or homeless shelters or even real drug awarness commercials about pharmutical companies or liquor companies.

none, they wouldn't sell as much beer. You do see several pro-beer commercials and they pile the BS on high and pour molasses on top of it for a sugar coating.
How about....Here is what a drunk driver did to my family of 5 ! Killed them all !!! but he survived because he was drunk!!! It was only his 3rd offense... How about ... Here is a drunk driver that is guilty of a hit and run because he is an illegal immigrant in our country, just 1 of 14K that tried to enter our country illegally last month. Thanks NAFTA !!! This Buds for you !!!

I wouldent be suprised if a few years from now background checks will be required to get into college. Imaging If you have a criminal record you couldent got to college. You can't get a job and I bet a few years from now you won't be able to get an education either.

How the fuck do you measure the likeliness of someone to commit a crime? And all the teenagers in drug treatment programs are probably only there because their freaked out parents that believe this bullshit sent them there.

You say we need one? Why not make one? You're smart and computer savvy. You know the truth. You've got my "List" (link below) to get you started countering the "health risk" lies. Maybe a couple of you guys could work together?

Me? I'm a "cut & paste" level "computer dummy" :wtf: - no way I could do create a website or anything like that! But I'm a dang good researcher and patient. And I'm curious about biology/medicine. So I turned my little personal project into a huge pro-MMJ tool for everyone to use!

I made "Granny Storm Crow's list" because there was a need for it. There was no repository of medical cannabis studies for us to use! Everything was scattered. It has taken hundreds of hours to create- and I do have a high stress job and a family life! And I'm a "little old lady" in my 60s! :hippy:

I just created a new category today (Lupus- it's just on my "Master list") and plan to add more this Xmas vacation. At least until cannabis is legalized, the "list" is my never-ending, anti-prohibition project.

You need to send them that exact message man. It gets to the point for sure. If he gov. argument is "it is bad for you, it causes lung cancer, depression, anxiety, slowed reaction time" then they basically just pointed out two perfectly legal substances: cigs and alcohol. Both do WAY more damage then weed will ever do. And yes, I will say that weed is bad for your lungs, but only if you smoke 2-3g a day every day for months. I can successfully say the worse thing weed has done to me is give me bronchitis which my doctor told me to quit smoking and my lungs were "as good if not better" then your average person. SO SUCK THAT FREEVIBES.
