Okay, so yesterday I was out drinking with me friends and we passed by this creek and I saw what I'm certain are marijuana plants.
I got so excited and I can't wait to take them, but as I have never grown it before (and the only form I've ever seen it is in fat dried buds) so what do I do exactly?
How do I know when to pull it out of the ground?
Also, some of the leaves have a white, snowy layer (or possibly fungus or something) over it, what the fuck is that?

It might be somebodys crop u saw and i dont think they would like you stealing there shit but if it was in a creek in plain site i doubt it is.
it wasn't like a field of it or anything -- it was just a few well seperated plants, so it's not anybodys.
Dude look to see if any effort was put into them. Are they in plain view like some one was smoken out & dropped um. Cause you Dont want snatch someones crop that aint kool. Good Luck
it sounds like u found somebodys plants. check the soil around the base of each plant to see if a hole was dug. if its just growing with no sign of disturbance it is probably wild

I'm certain they were not planted. Of all the places by the creek where they are planted is pretty much the worst and most unhidden. That's also why I need to get them fast I think, if I'm gonna.

Or take one home, see if it's any good etc. and if it is, take the others.

I don't have a camera. What do I do with um after I pick them -- too bad they can't go from ground to bong. haha.
er well be sure they're budding not worth it otherwise, then strip them, hang the buds up somewhere (if theres quite a bit neway) let it dry, and when its dry stick it in some mason jars for a week or two..
assuming they are actually budding, dont wanna do that shit with leaves

How would I find their gender? Look up their skirts?
Wait until they start budding if you see two white things in the nodes in th shape of a V you got a girl if you see a bunch of sacs its a boy. look on www.erowid.org for picture comparison. Don't expect to see anything until at least a week after the fall equinox.
