22 Days Flowering - What the HELL is going on with my fan leaves? %$&?*

Fans always on when lights on
Fans come on for 15 mins every hour when lights off

Leaves affected are mainly lower to mid fan leaves. Areas of damage have a dry crispy feel as well as the green on the same leaf. Papery feel. Not all leaves feel this way, just the ones with areas of damage.

id drop your ppm. are they getting wind blown?

There is a trouble-shooting form "sticky" in this section, more information would probably help some of the more knowledgeable folks in diagnosing this. :thumbsup:

I agree with the doctor, some of that damage looks like it's been wind-blown.

Have they been in those pots for very long? What's the medium? Is pH stable? :detective1:

They've been in these pots since they were transplanted after cloning. Medium is soil (happy frog). They do have fans blowing on them a lot. Fans can damage the plants?

Probably heat damage, at 88F. Are you adding any ferts to the leaves or spilling fert on them? If you spill fert on leaves, it will kill the leaves in areas just like what you have there. If not, then it's heat damage.

yea I agree

looks like sunburn, raise your lights, other wise looks fine, some leaves will turn and die off eventually, you could cut the burnt parts off the fan leaf, rather than cutting the whole leaf off if your worried.

Misting leaves+grow lights=burns. No need to mist a budding plant

Shit, thanks. Been misting them daily. No more mist. Oh, well. I've only got 2 weeks left out of the 9 week flowering period. The buds are just starting to explode in size!
