Good day, been reading a bit concerning mmj law in Vermont & appear liberal yet strict within the state? Another words if one has a card it is possible to travel within state (in locked container) that's cool but still a bit weird also cultivating appears a tad "smokey" where you can cultivate, but only 2 adults & what, 7 immature & what is the definition of immature? If cultivating we are able to dispense to only 1 patient?

Sorry for the clutter, but do want you to join the rangers, only requirement is you try and help someone, sometime.
