keeping pot from parents

I'm thinking about smoking again, after a three year hiatus. The only thing is, I'm 19 and living with my parents until August when I go back to school. I last did this when I was 15 and got caught because of an OD on other drugs, so I'd rather NOT get caught. What are some ways I can smoke but keep the risk of being caught to a minimum?

I've heard of the shower and smoke, but our vent doesn't work too well.

If this isn't the right forum I'm sorry, I wasn't quite sure where to put it.

ummmm, your 19. they won't be going through your stuff. especially if you'r just staying for a bit. just put it in a personal area, at this age and in this situation they won't search. Then just smoke outdoors. It also makes the high nicer too

Keeping the actual stash hidden isn't the problem. Keeping the fact I'm smoking is the only problem.

GET A VAPORIZER THAT COSTS AT LEAST $150!!!!!

hey here is an old trick of the trade of sneak a tokers around my area, Get an empty toilet paper roll, stuff like 5 or 6 dryer sheets in it. When you smoke blow your hits through the toilet paper roll, put a piece of tape or something across one end cuz if you blow too hard it will blow the dryer sheets out. and as for your look when you smoke, get some visine.....it gets the red out lol. well Peace

Yeah I would definitely share with my parents! Anyway, I would go outside...do you drive? Smoke in your car or your friend's car.

yeah dude, im fucking 15 soon and my parents know i smoke weed. they've only caught me once and i always put a towel under my door to stop smell. but i just say to them. heck, if i gain the money my self (which im doing soon, getting a paper round) then you cant force me what to spend it on? and they agree, they cant force me to not spend my money on what i want. but they wure are pissed off about it. but your 19 man! 19! your parents cant force you. unless you get all your money from your parents? Wtf are u talking about mellow his parents obviously have control somewhat over what he does otherwise he wouldnt have posted this. From what Myselfandi said it seems like hes a college student and more likely than not his parents are paying his tuition, so that would put them very much in control. But don't worry mellow, youll never need to worry about anything like going to college cuz ur stupid.......

Smoke at a friend's house, or make pot brounies with it.

I smoke with my stepmom when I'm out. I used to hang out my window and smoke J's, when I got a car I would just drive around and smoke, its easy to hide ur highness if your confident about urself and not parinoid.

Dude, you're getting worse and worse...

Oh, and if you don't want to get caught, instead of smoking outside, do it in the bathroom when they're asleep (that's what I do, it gives me a better sense of security than the open). Just put a wet towel at the bottom of the door, open the window or turn on the blower thingy, turn the shower on with hot water, and blow througha blow tube directly into the shower. Then use some air-freshener and some mouthwash, clean up, and you'll be home free.

I'm a 50 yr old dad of a 14 yr old son & if he ever smoked pot in the house, I'd tell him to take it to the garage, as I do. No smoking anything in the house. Always bongs. I still got my Toker 2 that I bought in 1974 & it really does the trick.
Level with your old man. He must've smoked when he was younger...I just forgot to stop. :D
