well i think that the government makes it look like people are dying in iraq but they're keeping like half of them in a special contained remote island facility and testing all the drugs that the cops confiscate and actually mail back........and that's my theory and i'm sticking to it
My theory is that you have been testing some non-confiscated drugs yourself.
(P.S. Why would the US government need to use confiscated drugs? It's widely known that they're active players in the international cocaine trade.)
